I loved everything about this hotel. I wanted an upscale experience and it delivered. The staff were incredibly accommodating. The location is close to everything. Very walkable. There was live music in the lobby at night. The breakfast was the only area I would suggest improvements but overall it was great and I would stay here again.

One of the best urban 5 star hotels I have stayed at. Everything was very well thought of. Staff were excellent. Location is close to the airport, and 2 subway stations away from Rossio plaza which is a central transportation hub.

Faultless and superb.
Faultless. Fabulous hotel with brilliant staff all of whom were cheerful, helpful, observant and charming. Breakfast was superb, coffee and juice arrived within seconds of being seated. The range of fresh food covered all I could want and more. I’ve stayed in thousands of hotel in my life and this was outstanding in every way. Just a shame we didn’t get to use the wonderful roof top pool on the 13th floor with fabulous views over Porto.

The hotel is located in a central location which makes it nice to tour the area easily. Unfortunately when I requested transportation and early check in during the online checkin I received no response. Once being assigned my suite (4:00pm) :/ I arrived at the room and the carpet was stained, tables had crusty food on them, auto curtain wouldn’t work. I tried calling several times with no answer so I slept with bright lights shinning in. The following morning I tried to shower and quickly noticed the floor started to flood. Called for assistance and was told they would try to send someone and when I explained my plans were that morning I was told maintaince wasn’t onsite yet. My husband needed to shower as well, he removed the drain with a hanger and disposable toothbrush to quickly notice large amount of debris. He removed the debris and went to shower BUT wait the conditioner was empty. We left in to have breakfast to arrive back at the room with maintaince and housekeeping present to clean up the flooding and fix the drain AND the curtains. We couldn’t use the restroom or anything in the room with them present so we headed out. We stopped by the front desk to explain our frustration and was quickly dismissed. At no time did ANYONE apologize for the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend staying as the Maintence and service was very disappointing. It’s hard to believe that housekeeping didn’t notice the flogged drain when cleaning as it was immediately apparent to us.

5 stars hotel with great amenities and friendly staff, closed to the shopping district. Slightly far from Alfama (old town) - 30 minutes walk though but closer to the airport and train station. Overall it offers a better price than staying in the hotel within Alfarma district.

Absolutely loved the epic sana marquis in Lisbon. Staff amazing, beautiful room, comfortable bed, great coffee. The sauna, steam room and hot tub at the spa were amazing!

One of the better hotels ive stayed at. Spa is amazing and i never felt like i was being upsold. Most things were included. Staff were nice and even granted us acess to facilities before and after our stay
