While the hotel description on Expedia doesn’t entirely align with the reality of the property, we were pleasantly surprised by the clean lines and modern furnishings in the rooms. This property is not flashy or pretentious, but it provides travellers with all the essential amenities and comfort they need. Also, the location is premium! A special note of gratitude goes to the staff, particularly Evginia, whose exceptional assistance and warm, friendly demeanor more than made up for any shortcomings the property may have. Her efforts truly enhanced our stay.

The staff are friendly and helpful here. The room was clean and tidy. I like how they go the extra mile to be more environmentally friendly as well. It was easy to find and get to by metro. It's in a great area with lots of things to do and places. I enjoyed my short stay and would stay here again.

Stayed for two nights. Had a super late checkin and staff communicated instructions to get in clearly and quickly. The room was excellent beds comfy and a lovely shower. Staff were amazing and so friendly, lovely stay overall. Location is right in the centre so easy to get around

The first thing we didn't like was that at no time did they inform us that they didn't have a front desk with someone attending 24 hours, which was very uncomfortable when you arrive at the "hotel" and no one opened the door for you. We had to wait for someone to come out to inform us that we had to wait for someone to arrive and give us the information while we waited on the street. They didn't inform us that the elevator is taken from the first floor, and that you have to carry your suitcases up there. Lastly, and for us, the worst thing was that the air conditioning never worked. We had to sleep with the window open so as not to be so hot.

We stayed for three nights. The location is perfect, although the entrance is very subtle. But once you know where it is, you're fine. The staff were a delight - every one was super nice. There was some construction going on in the upper floors, but it didn't disturb us at all. Our room was cozy, but the bed super-comfortable and the shower was fabulous, too. For a short break in central Lisbon, it's perfect.

Basic hostel type accommodation but with own bathr
One night stopover and wanted a location downtown with easy walking distance to restaurants, its more like a hostel feel albeit with your own bathroom, building does not have a lift from the ground floor, they change the bedsheets every 3 days unless you ask.

Nice property, clean and spacious. Staff is great! Friendly and always called me by my name. It’s a small property but I liked that they new their guest by their name. Also, they were helpful with everything from my shower door issue to opening a wine bottle. Plus the location is great! Everything is walkable and close to the transportation.
