The staff was excellent but the property needs a lot of maintenance. Air conditioning problems in two different rooms, along with minor repair issues of doors that don’t close/fit, loose handles throughout the hotel and broken soap holders, sliding doors that aren’t leveled. Nothing too major but they definitely need to fix these basics if they want to stay highly functional. Pool and Turkish spa was under repair but we were not notified until the moment we checked in. We were given a complimentary breakfast but we chose this hotel in part, because we wanted to enjoy the pool/ spa. Again, hotel staff were great but not the best experience.

Perfect stay. Lovely pool, open 24/7! We didn’t have breakfast included, but I am sure it was nice as well. Quirky rooms, but we like it. 2 Glass tube cabins as a toilet and shower, lamps in a shape of big flowers. Not so far away from main tourist attractions, in a nice area with few fast food joints and restaurants near by. The receptionist, I think his name starts with J and was working late evening when we checked was excellent!

The hotel is in the perfect spot for food, walking & transportation if you appreciated community emersion away from the tourist areas I stayed in their Super Cool suite which provided me with an awesome day & night panaramic view of Lisbon which I never got enough of Evolution needs to upgrade the blue couch n room (517)

I had a fantastic stay. The rooms were quiet and the location can't be beat. Just steps from the Saldanha metro station and walking distance to numerous excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were attentive and helpful. I look forward to staying here again on my next Lisbon trip!

The room was great, I loved that the pool and bar stayed open 24/7. My room had a great view overlooking the city. The onlyyyyyyy and I mean only complaint was that the pool was filthy! Other than that the hotel was so chic and the staff were so friendly!
