Tastefully decorated, this lovely 70m2 house is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a private backyard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed and a wardrobe, and the second bedroom is also a nice room with two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property offers a fantastic base for exploring all that this enchanting city has to offer. Situated near renowned attractions such as Belém Tower, Padrão dos Descobrimentos, and Jerónimos Monastery, guests will immerse themselves in the area's rich history and culture. After a day of exploration, visitors can indulge in a culinary adventure at nearby restaurants and bars such as Este Oeste, Churrasqueira do Marquês, and O Prado, where they can savour delicious local cuisine and unwind with a refreshing drink. With its great location, this address provides an ideal starting point for discovering the hidden gems and iconic landmarks that make Lisboa a truly.

Situated just 1.3 kilometres from the Belém station and 2.4 kilometres from the Algés station, this property offers convenient access to public transportation.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
