Stayed a few nights after cruising. The personnel at checkin were very helpful in outlining how to get around using the Metro and with the transfer to the airport. Breakfast was included and was very good with lots of options. We’d book again!

The check-in process was easy, thanks to the fast check-in service. I was able to access my room before the official check-in time. Amelia and Miguel were very welcoming members of the staff. However, I didn't have the same experience with the bar staff during my stay. The food and drinks at the restaurant bar were somewhat expensive and offered limited options. While it is located far from the city center, it is conveniently near the metro blue line.

The front desk agents were very kind and the downstairs lobby looked promising, but the room and bathroom were kind of a let down. Bed mattress was actually a two inch mattress pad on top of a frame. The room wasn’t dirty, but it felt like it could have been cleaner and the bathroom updated. Sink was not draining efficiently and not enough towels unless you asked for more from the front desk. Other than that, I was safe and it was a quick check in process. Theres nothing in the immediate area. I would stay in the historic area next time on my return to Lisbon.

Very nice and new hotel. Staff are very friendly. It is located in a safe zone even at night. It is in a walking distance to Plaza de Spain subway or Metro station.

Good location. Clean bedding, well kept property. Breakfast is full of options. Five minutes to metro. Grocery stores near by with fruits and fresh orange juice. Safe area to walk at night. Friendly staff makes the hotel welcoming.

Great place to stay, if you are not so much into the party mode, quiet and close enough to siete rios or plaza espanha. Great front desk! Friendly and willing to explain how to get to the different places. Breakfast was good with options for everyone. Keep the good work!

Clean but basic
The day of check-in, staff were just like the weather: neither cold nor hot. However, things improved majorly for the next few days as front desk staff became friendlier. As for the breakfast room staff, amazing! Smiles all around and great service. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean. The room was small and the shower was a bit dangerous, especially for people with mobility issues. As I was staying a full-week, I went shopping for some groceries but, as I returned to the hotel, I realized that the room did not have a fridge. As a result, I had to keep my items in the bar's fridge and had to ask for the bag every time I needed something. Very inconvenient. The room did not have a safe either. Worse of all, it did not have an iron or ironing board. I later discovered that there was an ironing room on the 7th floor, which was nice. No gym and no pool. I would consider staying here again for a short trip, but not for longer trips. Overall, a clean hotel with nice staff, but with very little amenities.
