We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless and perfectly equipped with a washer and dryer and a full kitchen, which made everything incredibly convenient. The location is excellent, and the staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout our visit. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La chambre était impeccable, très bien équipée avec une laveuse-sécheuse et une cuisine complète, ce qui a rendu notre visite extrêmement confortable. L’emplacement est parfait pour tout faire à pied, et le personnel a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochaine visite.

The hotel is in a great place where you can walk to the park and many other things. Coffee shops close by. The hotel its self is very unique and has everything you’d need for a long stay.

The stay started good, but there were several issues. The TV was not in front of the bed, and in the studio/kitchen it was hard to watch also the main channels were not available. The window was very dirty from the outside. Housekeeping did not clean the room properly—only the bed was made, and dirt and papers were left on the floor. I booked this stay for my birthday but received nothing, not even a card, and the room was still dirty. Other than that, everything else was okay.

We were upgraded to a room with a kitchen. It was so nice that we didn't want to leave. It was a surprizingly well equipped kitchen, but we didn't get to use it as it was only an one night stay. The room also come with a comfortable sofa, which was combined with a dining table and a chair. Veryr well designed. We will definitely come back.

Expensive for what you get. Rooms are stylish but super small with hardly any space to even open a suitcase. There isn't even a bedside table. Some rooms have no window at all. The only daylight is through a door to the courtyard but needs to be kept closed for privacy. Location is good.

The whole Locke hotel complex is beautiful. We had an apartment in the old convent. We had everything we needed! The apartment was comfortable, in a great location and there are 2 wonderful restaurants on property. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great stay and if in Lisbon, we’ll do it again!

I would have given it five stars - generally stuff was great, and the facilities excellent - but there are two jerks who worked the Kissaten bar on Sunday December 28th, 2025 at around 11:00 p.m. Both of these guys need a lesson in customer service. They're unfriendly, arrogant, self absorbed, rude young guys. Things felt wrong the moment we walked in. Two guys behind the bar. One was mixing a drink - didn't even look up to say, "Hi." The other was certainly not welcoming or friendly - they were more interested in joking around with each other than in attending to the customers. There were only five other people in the bar. The vibe was so uncomfortable that we stayed a few minutes then got up and left. Flip side, front desk staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive - thanks to David, Cadlotta, Rodrigo and Tiago. Overall I'd highly recommend this hotel. It's really central, well kept and has front desk staff 24/7. Just don't bother to go to the Kissaten fiasco.

This place is incredible! It’s clean, beautiful, centrally located and safe (even though it can look a little sketchy between the Burger King and the hotel). The cleaning staff was great and had the bathroom trash refreshed daily, along with providing fresh towels. This was huge! The staff was unforgettable and helpful in every way. Special recognition for Tiago, Ivo, Carlota, Erica, Rodrigo and the AMAZING staff at Joana (the best meal in Portugal)! The only two things I wish they had were shower caps and wash cloths, but despite that, it was great! I am already looking to other properties in other countries because this place knows how to do it with excellence!
