Really nice hotel and wonderful staff! Location is somewhat out of the way for activities in the city center. But there is easy access to bus, train, and subway.

It was OK. Had a weird vibe. The receptionist wrote messy and the door locks were coded so I had to go back and ask what his handwriting said.

If all the motels in the U.S. looked like this, it would be a much more beautiful America! The HVAC system kept the room cool during a near-record-breaking heat wave, and the room and various public spaces in the hotel were beautifully designed. A large mall and transportation center is within walking distance, and the hotel is easily accessible from the Lisbon airport BY METRO, exit CABO RUIVO.

Make sure access codes are legible!!

Location near the Metro station (airport line) and a Pingo Doce was great. Hand written door access code is a poor choice especially if the guy checking you in has poor hand writing (his words, not mine). Had to return to the front desk and he rewrote the codes for door and wifi. Why not email or WhatsApp the numbers, not like travellers don't have access.
