Underwhelming for a 4 star hotel
Fair 4 star hotel, not very exciting to be honest and a bit drab. Staff are good, breakfast just ok - I expected better from other reviews I read but I got breakfast so can’t complain. Room was just in a fair condition, I hate glass bathroom doors. Blinds were broken in the 6th floor room which was a bit gloomy due to the inlying roof. I wouldn’t rush to stay here again, a bit underwhelming

A 5 Star Stay
I really enjoyed my stay at Neya Lisboa. Even though I arrived before the stated check in time the staff did their best to get me in and even called me to let me know when the room was ready. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options and the staff there couldn`t have been nicer. Our room was spotless and was extremely well cleaned each day of my three day visit. The room was really well laid out and there was plenty of room for my luggage without feeling crowded. Excellent lighting as well. The hotel is not very central but not far from the Pombal area which is my favourite part of the city to stay.

This is an average hotel located in a busy part of Lisbon. We choose it because it is one of the few hotels that listed parking and a credit towards the fee. We weren’t able to use thieir parking area and had to park on the street, which was very hard to find.

We loved having the excellent breakfast included with our stay. There’s a nice bar/seating area in the lobby that you can eat at for dinner. Because of that, we didn’t have to Uber/taxi to a restaurant for dinner.

It was a lovely hotel however when we arrived we checked into our room and our room had been mistakenly made with a single bed and when I went down to reception they said there wasn’t any rooms available and we would have to swap rooms both nights

I enjoyed my stay. We came with our baby for my stay. It was a comfortable stay. Clean and quiet and accessible. Everything was great. They send champagne and cake to our room for my birthday which was unexpected and a nice surprise. Definitely recommend.

They have a kettle with coffee and tea. I stayed for 4 nights but the cream and coffee wasn’t replenished even after me leaving the drawer out. It was fairly out of the main areas with the pubs so lots of Ubers needed
