Everything was top tier (including the location!). But, the staff’s friendliness and warmth stood out as the personal touch that made our experience there magical. I liked the area and close to local businesses. I didn’t like the day after on Saturday morning lot of bottles and plastic glasses in side streets from young people drinking. Otherwise it was great place for vacationing with view of Lisbon.

This is our favourite hotel in Lisbon. The staff is welcoming and friendly, beautiful spacious rooms with the incredible design. Lively breakfast and great gym.
