Airport shuttle only holds 8 people and only runs a few times each day, reducing the convenience of being near the airport. Rooms were dirty and outdated.

Usually stay at this hotel once or twice a year while I'm in Lisbon. This time, we left a jacket on the back of a chair and an Apple I-watch. On the way to the airport I called the from desk to advise them to keep my belongings as I would be back to stay at the hotel in 4 days. Well, at check in I asked the very same attendant for my belongings, Was told they didn't find anything in the room. (2 items) even after showing them a screen shot of the Iwatch trace. Very dishonest personnel.

This place is very loud inside, you are near the airport and that didn't bother me, but the noise from other guests was too much. The staff was slow, and the other guests staying here were rude--not that the hotel has control over that, but this was much more a tourist hotel than a hotel near the airport for business trips.

Busy and noisy place - staff not friendly - because it is a Hotel near the airport in more for in transit people, they treat you like this - charges for everything. The restaurant staff and food were good.

The hotel is a little dated but it’s super close to the airport, easy to get an uber from, close to a park to walk around, and the staff is lovely! The hotel bar food was actually pretty good as well.

Bad experience. Heating system not working.
The heating system did not work in our room, despite attempts from the maintenance crew to fix it. Very disappointed with the low quality service and comfort. It was quite cold and we ended up requesting an extra set of blankets. Contacted the General Manager to provide feedback, but still have not heard back.

I recommend it.
The room service are bad during the night and our toilet door is broken. But the food the location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast crew are very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is near the metro, which you could travel to city center or to some tourist destination. There's McDonald's, grocery store and Chinese restaurant nearby. My best advice... buy 1 day or 3 day ticket in the metro if u travelling.

One downside was the inconsistent water heater, which fluctuated between hot and cold. Since I visited during winter, I hadn't anticipated needing to take showers under such conditions. However, they do serve a good breakfast.
