Located in the heart of Alfama this is a lovely boutique hotel with great personal service. The hotel is fresh and modern. The breakfast which is included was special, as the pastry chef is exceptional. It is worth the stay just for the breakfast! Joana took us on a personalized tour of Alfama which was a great start to our Lisbon experience. Highly recommend this small, modern hotel in an historic part of Lisbon.

Very good location though we got in late and left on a cruise the very next day. We would love to come back and stay here for a longer visit in the future. Staff and hotel were great. Felt more like a visit with friends than a hotel.

My favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve never slept better at a hotel and breakfast each morning was phenomenal. Staff is 15/10, they went above and beyond. I will say that I don’t recommend to anyone not physically fit, there are so many hills on slippery pavers. There is a trolly nearby but it’s pretty useless since it’s a bit of a tourist attraction and always packed

Amazing!! All aspects of this hotel were excellent. The staff was the best ever. The time they spent with us making reservations and providing information exceeded our expectations. Simply the BEST! If you travel to Lisbon they will help make it a memorable experience. We received our VIP gifts but mistakenly checked the incorrect box on my check in review.

You will love it here
Our experience was fabulous. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgable, especially Joanna, Afonso and Pedro. They helped us in navigating the city. The hotel is attractive, the bed is comfortable, the neighborhood (Alfama) is very authentic, and the food is excellent. We also had free Champagne in the lobby whenever we wanted it. Our well-stocked mini-bar was free the first day, too. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay!!! We were greeted by señor Pedro M with champagne and dulces. The hotel is very well decorated with mirror/TV in the room. The mini fridge is filled with local drinks (free!!!). Brunch was spectacular (it was included in our reservation)!!!! Location is fabulous to explore Alfama and close to the train station to Poto!
