Friendly and polite staff, great breakfast.clean room.great location.easy walk to both Alfama and Baixa. Easy access to metro and ferry. AC was working very well. We were in room 12 on the second floor , no view, small windows to the other building so room was a bit damp but very quiet. Very good coffee and snacks available all day long. No parking at the hotel but there is a public parking close to the hotel which is free on weekends and €25 for 24 hrs on weekdays

Fantastic breakfast, staff was very nice and accommodating. The only downside to me was the air conditioning. It shut off if you weren’t in the room. I had to get an extra key to leave in the room to keep it running. I came back the first day and my room temperature was 29°C. Even with it running all day, I couldn’t get it to go below 21°. If you are a person who “runs hot”, this might be an issue for you.

Good location, clean for the price !
Very good location, nice cosy and clean place the only thing the room that we had was very tiny with view on construction, but sure they have bigger room. The breakfast is fabulous.

I came here traveling alone 31 weeks pregnant for some solo time. I really loved my whole experience. Amazing breakfast in the morning and the staff were so helpful for recommendations and reservations. They booked me an awesome fado show with dinner at a really authentic spot. I highly recommend staying here next time you’re in Lisbon!

Great small boutique hotel in a great location! The daily breakfast was really good and everyone was very friendly/nice. Only thing was our shower leaked a lot of water each time.

The friendliest evening greeting staff I've ever encountered. They truly made our trip so special. The hotel was nice and in a great location. We felt like we were at home, as much as we could being so far away.

The room smells very musky. The shower stall was leaking creating a pool on the washroom floor. The safe was also never working despite asking the front desk about fixing it.
