What a pretty little hotel! Friendly staff, they literally went above and beyond to help me with a shopping confusion, and gave me recommendations for food and sightseeing. The room was a good size, the bathroom beautiful, the products in the bathroom were excellent. The breakfast buffet is a reasonable price and very good, everything that we wanted to eat and more.

Walkable but a fairly lengthy one to some fab neighborhoods. Parking should have been easy but our clerk told us the garage was at the Rolex boutique. It was actually close to the Torres watch boutique. This caused some stress as driving is not so easy in Lisboa! The breakfast was fabulous!!!!!!!! I would recommend and return!

Centrally located Nice hotel. Good breakfast that both make to order and buffet. Great climate control in the room. The only issue was a tall bathtub which was difficult to get in and out.

We stayed here for four days, then went to Porto and returned back here on our last night because the staff, the rooms and the breakfast were so awesome! It’s in the heart of town in a quiet area and just a block off the Ave. Liberdade so it easily connects you to old town with a twenty minute stroll. The staff at this hotel was truly fabulous and the main reason that we returned here for our last night and recommended it to a new friend we met along the way. He stayed as well and loved it. A big shout out to Keven at the front desk for handling all the tours and restaurant recommendations for us as well as his general great nature. He’s a true asset to this hotel! We hope to return here.
