With arriving, they charged the city taxes a new, even though they expedia charged "taxes included" already.
When paying cash at arrival, they refused to hand me a receipt, but promised to send me one in email.
Then they refused to let me acces laundry possibilities, even though they offer it on expedia. Only after strong demands they finally took my laundry, but left it overnight in the washing machine, without communicating. So I had to dry it myself and hung some in my room to dry. Waking up the next morning I was called out by the hotel owner for hanging the clothes in the room even tough her assistant promised to me to dry them the day before and just left in the machine. I was still charged the full price for washing and drying.
When I was about to leave the next day, there was again an other assistant working. On check out-time, I still didn't recieve any receipt on mail, so I demanded a hand written one. This was refused to me but she was willing to contact the owner in order to request the mail. I was waiting for that to happen in the lobby. After I carried down luggage, I came back to find the door locked to prevent me from re entering and further demanding my receipt. So I knocked the door but was ignored. After anouncing to call the police, the assistant called the owner, opened the door, handed me the phone where I was being attacked and shouted at by the owner. She just quit the phone refusing any of my proposals to hand write or send a WhatsApp receipt to me.
