An old address in a new guise: True to this motto, Lister Tor 1 in List has created an attractive building with 3 comfortably equipped holiday homes - right where the Pension Jensen used to be. Already since 2004 I have been able to welcome you as a holiday guest in the traditional house, and therefore I know how much you feel connected to this location. So I am all the more pleased to welcome you to the new building with three separate holiday homes. Look forward to a cozy holiday home with the best equipment - and in a lovely, familiar environment. After all, the former fishing village List with its small harbor, the old village center and the immediate proximity to the Wadden Sea is the ideal location for a leisurely break from hectic everyday life. The house offers 135 square meters of living space for up to 6 people. The comfortable accommodation integrates a generous living room as well as three bedrooms each with a double bed. The living area on the ground floor is adjoined by an open kitchen. A special feature: The accommodation is fully built on a cellar. In the basement are one of the three bedrooms, a utility room and a full bath. Two more shower rooms are located on the upper floors. The holiday home has a terrace, a garden house with bicycles and a parking space.

Eine Woche Jensen 2

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal: etwas abseits der Hauptstraße und doch ist alles Wichtige fußläufig erreichbar. Die Einrichtung macht einen guten Eindruck und ist teils liebevoll gestaltet. Wir waren zu zweit und fanden den Platz im Haus großzügig, wie es bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen aussieht, mag ich mir nicht vorstellen. Es gibt aber auch ein Manko: die Schlafräume sind nur über Treppen erreichbar, zwei im Obergeschoss und einer im Keller. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen benötigen wir zwei Schlafräume, deshalb wurde auch der im Keller genutzt. Hier liegt das Problem: Es ist ein großer eindeutig als Keller gebauter und jetzt für Vermietung genutzter Raum ohne Heizung und nur mit spinnenbesetzten Kellerschächten als Lichteinfall. Lüften somit unmöglich. Was deutlich schwerer wiegt: der einzige Zugang erfolgt über die Holztreppe des Treppenhauses. Sollte dieses im Brandfall nicht nutzbar sein, sitzt man in der Falle. Auch gibt es keinen Kohlenmonoxidmelder, obwohl sich solches Gas schon bei einem Schwelbrand im Schlafraum sammeln würde. Das sollte jeder wissen, der sich für dieses Objekt entscheidet.
