Overall, this was a cute and well decorated apartment. Only out of constructive criticism would I recommend a deep cleaning, the cracks and crevices, vent and air filters could use some attention. The apartment smelled like it had maybe been smoked in before, or maybe a neighbor did. It was a little damaged, water damage on the bottom of the bathroom door. The bathtub could definitely use a deep, deep clean and some new caulk. The area seemed to be safe, it was right near the river and was fine to stay in for the night. I’ve never stayed in an apartment on VRBO before and probably wouldn’t return, but it was not a bad place.
