We traveled with a 4 year old and 6 year old. Room was clean upon arrival.
We were told that housekeeping was offered every other day and that if we needed anything else to let the front desk know. The only turn-down services we asked for were clean towels and bath mats, and to have the trash emptied. We asked this on day 1 and came back to clean towels but no bath mat and trash wasn't emptied.
Day 2 - again, we asked for the same things - clean towels and bath mats and to have trash emptied. We came back to find our wet towels still on the floor and no trash emptied. I went to the front desk to explain what happened and the lady was very apologetic. She was the only person working at this point and all she could find was 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel to offer us. She also found a couple of hand towels. Still no bath mat. I asked about our trash and was told I would probably have to empty it myself. She also said she would make sure our trash was emptied and we had clean towels and a bath mat tomorrow... which we finally got on Day 3, but we did not even get enough towels for all 4 people.
Breakfast ends at 9 a.m. daily. On Day 1 of our stay, by 8 am, it was picked through for a Saturday morning. I had read other reviews that this was the case and it held true. I grabbed 2 milks for my kids to drink later. This was July 20th. My kids asked for the milk on July 22nd, only to find out it had expired before we had even chexked in to the hotel.
