The hotel was nice and clean , and the room was lovely and big and the beds were nice and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good and was well organised for us with having Archie our dog 🐕

One thing we didn’t like was the £15 overnight parking charge in the hotel car park. Later we found a car park next door for £5 overnight. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

We have stayed here before and thought the standard of the hotel had slipped. We paid extra for parking as I have some mobility issues but the lift was out of order so we had to climb stairs (only 1 flight but not the point

The only negative thing so far is that one of the elevators is out of order and it is the only one that goes down to the car park. As a wheelchair user this was very inconvenient as I wasn’t able to access the car park. Had I been a solo traveler I would not be able to access the hotel.
