Fantastic view from The Penthouse, a beautiful spacious room - 10/10. The location is excellent however that’s the good news. Good AC. Bottle of Procesco on arrival. Good selection of teas/coffees/hot chocolate and biscuits. Nice fridge. There’s a lot of bad: daily housekeeping is awful, the room felt dirtier each day. Did not replenish enough towels or really change sheets. The bathroom was not only unclean and slippery but it had the cleaners hair all over the shower. Breakfast was awful, lots of choice but nothing was stocked across the 3 days we were there. Food did not taste fresh and generally there was no care. The sauce bottles for example, always empty and dirty. Staff generally unhelpful and disconnected. Worst part: no bed provided for 10 year old kid despite clearly booking for 3 people. Was told that the suite doesn’t allow a sofa bed or anything despite that being plenty of space. Style over substance and no one is particularly bothered.

Another lovely stay here

It’s a really nice and comfortable property and the staff are great. Nice welcome and decent room again. Slightly disappointed this time with some shortages at breakfast but what was there was great

Mine and my wife’s stay was amazing we were well looked after well catered for and the rooms and dining rooms and outdoor dining facilities are amazing we will definitely be coming back again and the staff are absolutely fantastic any problems they are there for you 24/7 great people.

Great stay! Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Jake makes a crackin' margarita. Gorgeous view, lovely outside seating area, tastefully decorated all through. Rooms were clean, spacious, and the shower was divine. Even the other guests we encountered were friendly.

Short-notice booking, great location, lovely, helpful staff. Original room had faulty air conditioning and room was changed (upgraded!) without quibble. Lovely breakfast

Probably one of the best experiences at staying in a hotel with my dog. I booked last minute for a stayover. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The staff in the restaurant were REALLY good. Looked after me and my dog in the evening and at breakfast. Highly recommend.
