Very basic, not 9 stars. No mini fridge, buzz-in reception from street, a bit hard to find - you have to walk to it. Only 1 elevator working.

Located steps away from the busy shopping corridor and walkable to attractions, this modern hotel has larger rooms (and showers) than most European hotels! No breakfast buffet, but coffee/tea and some delicious croissant will hold you over til lunch time. Note it is a bit tucked away and can be a challenge to find - luckily a Liverpool ONE "concierge" found us and guided us to the hotel.

Good quality hotel with friendly staff
Convenient good quality hotel. The studio rooms are ideal for families. Spacious with some privacy within. Full size mugs along with quality drinks, milk and biscuits! Amazing shower and HUGE comfy bed. Only quibble was that room smelled a little stale on entry.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful, new, clean rooms. Loved the shopping and restaurants just outside the hotel door. It’s a short walk to the pier head, three graces and cavern club. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
