Greeted by such friendly staff. Rooms were really nice. My only complaint is the wardrobe space to hang clothes is a little awkward and slight noise from the street but it wasn’t bad. The rooms were very clean and had all the little extras to make it a comfortable stay

The good- hotel was spotless and room excellent. Location is superb. The bad - checkin was awful, fully prepared to wait if at the end of it I feel welcomed. I didn’t and felt as if as I was an irritant. Same experience at check out. Not ‘did you enjoy your stay’ or ‘how was your room’. Absolute nothing. Breakfast was okay but no better than an the average Holiday Inn. I thought the hotel would be a really good experience and it just wasnt

Amazing hotel, a very relaxing stay!
An absolutely amazing stay. The staff are wonderful and really went out of their way to help me with various questions and requests. The Gym is small but really well equipped and the rooms are fantastic, super comfortable and have a Nespresso Machine (extra points). The restaurant is also amazing and highly recommended!

Gorgeous cool, comfortable hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms are very beautiful and the fed so comfy. Only improvement could be that the bar / seating areas got a little cold as there are too many external doors opening constantly. Loved the hotel dog!

The staff truly shine as the heart and soul of this hotel. Their genuine care and dedication go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The daily room cleaning was impressive, especially considering the hardworking housekeeping team operates with a smaller crew. While there were minor details, such as a stray hair on the soap bottle and a hint of talc in the shower corners, these did not overshadow the modern and thoughtfully designed room. Room service, though slightly delayed (over an hour), was worth the wait for a freshly prepared meal, even if it was a bit of a splurge. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—ideal for dining, shopping, or a night at the theatre. I’d happily stay here again!

ticks all the boxes. Excellent hotel.
This is the second time we have stayed at this city hotel. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The bar area is pretty. The room is excellent, well thought out with everything you need from a short stay city hotel. The soundproofing is excellent.
