Staff welcoming but food served was not to the usual good standard that we have experienced in the pass. Bacon and sausages where dry to being hard and crispy, fried eggs had been left on the hot plate without being checked and had dried up and rubbery .beans had been standing and had skinned over. The overall available was substandard to the usual breakfast at the liner and we have stayed a few times over the years that we have been coming . Everything else was the good standard and cleanliness that we have been used to.

The hotel is well situated with easy access from the railway station has its own parking which is free for the duration of your stay,rooms are cleaned daily and hotel is within walking distance of the shopping centre

Review Title: Warm Welcome, But Room Disappointed The staff were absolutely amazing—really welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. I genuinely felt valued as an Expedia member, and although they couldn’t offer an upgrade, they kindly gave me a drinks voucher, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, I booked a double bed and was given a zip-and-link setup instead, which was quite disappointing. It was uncomfortable and not what I expected, which unfortunately affected the overall experience

This was our first time staying at this hotel and will be our last. It turned out there was a wedding on during our stay which meant the noise was awful. We couldn't get any food as everything was taken up by the wedding. We couldn't sleep as the noise went on until 1am. I have nothing against weddings but if I'd known beforehand hand I would have cancelled. We were still paying guests and don't expect to book a hotel room and be kept up most of the night. We might aswel have slept on the street.
