On arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. The hotel is lovely and in such a great location, close to the theatre, station, museum and shops. Free parking was a great bonus as was the 2for1 happy hour from 6-10pm on Monday and Tuesday. We will be back next time we visit Liverpool.

Loved this hotel. We had a great room with separate sitting room. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We ate in the dining room and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also good and the buffet had a great selection of items. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

Workspace was good as had the executive room... comfortable sofa but TV not visible from bed. Everything we requested from reception was provided promptly... staff very friendly. Yes the hotel may be a little worse for wear but it is very clean. The best feature by far is the friendly staff. So helpful. Same in the city, so friendly. Literally 5 minute walk from the train station to reception.
