Nice room in a convenient location. Was worried it would be noisy as I was directly opposite lifts and overlooking Lime Street station roof, but no problems. Also more places should have a massive fish tank in the lobby.

The noisiest room. You get all the noise from the outside. Could not sleep at all it was so bad. They don’t have a power plug next to the bed. I could not use my medical unit which I need while sleeping. Had to do without it. For the amount of money charged a pretty outdated hotel.

Room 363,clean,bed comfortable,quiet,only negative was radiator wouldn't warm up- thankfully weather was warm during stay..Checked in at 16.00 hrs. large queue,need 3 on reception when checking in is busy,as I waited about 20 minutes checking in.

I’d ask for a quiet room as previously we had overlooked the train station, I was told it was a quiet room! The traffic noise was quite loud however I accepted that but it was what I assumed was the heating going on at 5 in the morning and the noise that made! It woke us up and then we couldn’t get back to sleep because of it!

Hi we were very disappointed with this visit when we arrived there was no heating in which we didn't have all of our stay also yesterday morning no hot water they gave us a portable heater at 10 o'clock last night we've stayed there before and never had this problem so we are very disappointed
