The location of the hotel was excellent , the staff were friendly and professional. However, the hotel itself was not in good condition, the public areas were grubby, the paint was peeling off the walls in the room and the room itself was not very clean.

The building matches well with the area. It's vibrant and busy in a good way. It's a good building in a good area. They can upgrade the reception area especially the area by the lift on ground floor.

Tune hotel definitely out of Tune with offering
Room was dark and most things broken ? Safe broken - Toilet seat broken - sink tap not fixed to sink - unable to open the curtain in the room 004 hotel B - if you did you’d be sitting in a patio of the pub attached noise level didn’t stop till gone 3 — so as it was light we got up and left

Ideal location for overnight stay in city centre, on a budget. Perfect base. Room was ideal for single person. Small but clean and modern. Bathroom fine , nice shower. Corridors could do with sprucing up a bit but overall ideal property and will return again

Poor maintenance.
The first room was in a poor state. The toilet door was broken and would not close. The door handle fell off when I first touched it. When I reported it at reception, we were given a new room, which at least didn’t have anything broken. But a frosted glass door to the bathroom is crazy. The positive for the hotel is its excellent location.

As basic as you can possibly get. Room was clean and basic. To get to the room you had to navigate through corridors, through big rooms, up several flights of stairs….a complete maze of a place!!! Location is perfect though

My colleague experience at this hotel was one of the most awful ever. It's not a safe place, and room keys can open other doors. The level of cleanliness was not meeting what's legally required.

Poor standard hotel
Room smelled of cigarette smoke. External door and lock were partly broken. Bathroom door doesn’t shut. Windows don’t open. Room was cold with no working heating. Prices were high as there was a conference in town.
