There was nothing not to like about this hotel. All the staff were very friendly. The Hotel itself was very clean with good size rooms, including a very comfortable big bed and easy to use hot shower. It is in a good quiet position, 5 minutes away from the shops and restaurants and about 15 minutes away from the bus that takes you to Lake Bled (definitely worth a visit). We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is new so the room is good but I stayed for 12 nights and they didn’t change the bedsheet once so the cleanness was very good. The reception team don’t communicate between each other so the communication when you need something was very hard. To be a 4start hotel they need to have a better service.

We had a very pleasant stay! The location is perfect! Close to all the attractions by foot, loved the design, it’s a brand new hotel. Loved the steamer, great amenity!

Everything was fantastic. All the little mod cons like HDMI connection in the wall to use my Firestick, USB C charging points, even a UK plug socket in the wall. I had the castle view room, which i only saw for one day because of the fog, which was the same for the easy bus journey to Lake Bled. I will just have to return again. Ljubljana is stunning!!

Very nice hotel but they gave us a low floor with a view facing a graffiti wall - do they give crummy rooms to Expedia members? Hotel very near city center. Parking garage attached to hotel - is expensive but convenient. Staff was very good and breakfast excellent. One negative is that the name of the hotel not visible from the street listed on the address - signage is on side of hotel so we had to ask at hotel across the street where to find this one. Suggest you use google earth to see what the hotel looks like to find it easier. Would stay at this hotel again.

Rooms are a decent size. Very good location, less than 5 minute walk from the center which has a ton of dining and shopping options. There is a Lidl right outside the hotel which was very convenient. Zvezda Cafe was very close as well. There is a park closeby so it's good if you have a dog with you.

Nightmare Parking
Finding the hotel and parking were a nightmare because city streets were closed for a Marathon, even though hotel advertised that they had parking. Even though it was very difficult to get in the parking garage, and to get out the hotel still charged an exorbitant amount of $35E per night. No compensation for the hassle experienced. Superior King size room was small, but with comfortable bed. Location was very good.

The location of the hotel is very good and walkable to the castle and attractions. The room wasn’t great tho, very small and I’m glad I was only here for a night. Even the window to the room faced internal with no proper light, not great!

The hotel is not very well marked when driving by on the street. The parking is extremely difficult to find and navigate. The parking garage closest to the hotel has nothing to do with the hotel, the hotel parking is on the 3rd and 4th underground floor below the public parking for the LIDL grocery store. None of this is disclosed when securing the reservation. There isn’t anywhere to park when you’re trying to check in and the staff was not very helpful. Upon check in they said they “upgraded “ us to a room with a castle view but what they gave us was a room on the first floor with a view of the street. Their breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel is a little farther away from the old town that tourists generally want to see.

We loved the hotel design. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, they gave us great recommendations. The location is great. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the main sites, restaurants etc. We would stay there again for sure. Great stay.
