Rooms are a decent size. Very good location, less than 5 minute walk from the center which has a ton of dining and shopping options. There is a Lidl right outside the hotel which was very convenient. Zvezda Cafe was very close as well. There is a park closeby so it's good if you have a dog with you.

Nightmare Parking
Finding the hotel and parking were a nightmare because city streets were closed for a Marathon, even though hotel advertised that they had parking. Even though it was very difficult to get in the parking garage, and to get out the hotel still charged an exorbitant amount of $35E per night. No compensation for the hassle experienced. Superior King size room was small, but with comfortable bed. Location was very good.

Nice location, shame about the room.
The location of the hotel is very good and walkable to the castle and attractions. The room wasn’t great tho, very small and I’m glad I was only here for a night. Even the window to the room faced internal with no proper light, not great!

The hotel is not very well marked when driving by on the street. The parking is extremely difficult to find and navigate. The parking garage closest to the hotel has nothing to do with the hotel, the hotel parking is on the 3rd and 4th underground floor below the public parking for the LIDL grocery store. None of this is disclosed when securing the reservation. There isn’t anywhere to park when you’re trying to check in and the staff was not very helpful. Upon check in they said they “upgraded “ us to a room with a castle view but what they gave us was a room on the first floor with a view of the street. Their breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel is a little farther away from the old town that tourists generally want to see.

We loved the hotel design. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, they gave us great recommendations. The location is great. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the main sites, restaurants etc. We would stay there again for sure. Great stay.

In so years of travel I have never been in a hotel without facial tissue, so this was a first. And the hospitality staff left the windows open so the HVAC did not work and the windows were VERY hard to close. Otherwise the hotel was clean and Okay. Parking was not provided or available despite what the web and Expedia said.

Overall the hotel is a good Otel that I would recommend. Few points could be improved: - We went there partly for work and there was only one chair; a minimum of two would be better. - We were there for a week & I felt there was not enough place to organize our clothes (2 people). The hangers were out in the open & the two cabinets were too high to be used in a convenient way. - While there there was a fire alarm at 5:30 in the morning. Eventhough nothing bad happened to anyone (it was a kitchen/oil fire), we (& other clients) think the "fire alarm protocol" should be improved; i.e. everybody went down the stairs but we ended up in a sort of "cut de sac" ... - breakfast was very good but all the "nuts" tasted stale ... they should be changed more often or put less outside at a time - We would recommend this hotel as it was very close to the centre but we the advantage of being in a quiet environment.
