Communal garden at the entrance of the complex and large terrace and private patio-garden with the apartment. Very quiet area with views of the mountains, about 500 metres from the centre, the port and the beach.

The apartment is all on one floor and has access to the outside area. There is a lounge-dining room with sofa, TV, table and chairs, bookcases and reading area, with direct access to the patio. Kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tableware and washing machine.

2 double bedrooms, one with bunk beds, and the other with a double bed. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided. Iron.
