Beautiful hotel. Celebrated with 17 guests for my 70th birthday with 10 staying overnight. Everything was wonderful. The staff were very professional, friendly, helpful and the hotel and room and restaurant were perfect for the occasion

Wonderful but fix your internet

All good except for the truly appalling internet in an area where 4G and 5G was also lacking. This meant I was unable to work in my room or anywhere else in the hotel which made an otherwise very good experience deeply frustrating

Overall not bad

Room was bitterly cold as heating not working. Electric heater was brought promptly but was possible dangerous. Replacement brought which did heat up room nicely. Palm restaurant food was acceptable but not the fine dining receptionist referred to. However our night was made by the magnifying cent pianist who plated through our meal. Overall. A very enjoyable stay. Understand sometimes maintenance issue but these were yucky resolved.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Gorgeous decor. Upgraded to deluxe family room which included beautiful bath bombs, toiletries, robes, snacks. Amazing bath and shower and fabulous queen size bed which was so comfy. Spotless spa and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely return ❤️

Good hotel, some improvement required

Great hotel, great location. Breakfast was brilliant. Pool and spa facilities were great and staff were very attentive. Rooms were not clean enough, could do with a good dusting. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, we could feel the springs. Linen was of poor quality and sheets did not fit the bed so constantly coming off.

This is a beautiful Hotel with good staff who were so quick with everything they did. Room service came with 20 minutes and was piping hot which was great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful experience

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. The spa facilities were a highlight of our stay, providing a serene escape with a range of treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Dining at the hotel was also exceptional, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. Overall, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend Grosvenor Pulford to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway. We can't wait to return!
