The famous Cottage Loaf pub/restaurant and Wetherspoons are round the corner, as well as many bars, cafes and restaurants. Mostyn Street shopping centre a few strides and, of course, the prom and pier a few minutes walk away. The unique War Museum is nearby.

Up the Great Orme By car, tramway or cable car to see the Bronze Age caves, prehistoric copper mines, elephant cavern, toboggan ride.
Further afield there is West Shore (children's playground, eating, drinking and spectacular sunsets and views across Conwy estuary to Snowdonia and Anglesey). This is just a 10 minute walk away.
