Whole apartment in a perfect location
This is the 4th year we have stayed here. It's just so comfortable, feels like home. It's nice to relax at night with a beer and snacks while watching a dvd. Parking is never easy in llewellyn avenue but turn left at the top and continue towards the west shore, you will find a space, it's just a 10 minute walk back that's all. Top of the street and turn right you have the Snowdon pub, that's a great pub, well worth a visit. The Wetherspoons Palladium is 2 minutes away down the side street opposite the apartment. Walk out of the apartment, turn left to the end, turn right to the island then left again and you are across the road from the Prom. The Orme tram station, The Kings Head pub and Fish tram chips are also one or two streets up from llewellyn avenue. This is why I said It's the perfect location. Thanks Ellen.

A base to explore near to main area of llandudno
The main living space was nice with high ceilings. However, it was unbearably hot upon arrival with virtually no hot water to bathe followed by a day of no heating thanks for that. The bathrooms were poorly ventilated and had quite a lot of black mould accumulation. On departure we were practically expected to clean the property and empty the bins, goodness knows what the management agency actually does?

We had a great stay and would recommend - a great location and a nice flat. Many thanks!! It is just worthwhile to note that this property is managed by an agent and not by the owner which in my view is most of the time a downside as they are not lenient in any way.

Such A Lovely Place

The flat is excellent, spotlessly clean with everything that you need for a week away. The welcome book is helpful and the information for the appliances available. The restaurant recommendations could do with an update as a couple seem to have closed, and we would have liked take away recommendations too. However the flat is located in a prime position for access to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants so there is lots of choice on your doorstep! Psrking can be an issue but if your get a space in the evening you can park up easily. Would highly recommend.

Easy communicating with owners. Easy access and getting keys Lovely clean roomy flat. Fire alarms is a bit of an issue as it went off and didnt have a code to put in to stop it but that was a building issue, not the flat. Will definitely stay again. X

Fabulous Llandudno holiday
We stayed over bank holiday weekend as a family of four. Accommodation was very good with excellent amenities, it was also very clean and the location was excellent with bars, restaurants, shops and the beach on the doorstep. Parking can be a little difficult on busier days but we always managed to get a space outside even if that meant parking on the next street over or waiting 10 minutes for another car to move.

Great flat, but couldn't access assistance when needed
Property was excellent in most respects (repair to blinds in main bedroom required). The location was great and the price extremely competitive for late bookers such as ourselves. Only problem was that the fire alarm for the block of flats went off and couldn't be cancelled. Tried phoning both the contact numbers given but no-one answered (apparently problem with fire alarm is rare, though).

What a great little place
Never having been to Llandudno before we didn’t know what to expect, but we had a great time, the property was everything we hoped for, as we are all in our 70s it was very central for us. The only worry was car parking, but as the owners explained once the workers have gone to work you should be able to park in the street which is exactly what happened.

This place is lovely, perfect location so close to all amenities, beach, promenade, pier, town, everything you need. A comfortable place to stay and sleep. The only trouble is parking, you will find somewhere but could be anywhere from nearby to the west shore, but apart from that a great location and a clean and tidy apartment. Will stay here again.
