Good area but our room is in need of updating. Sink cracked and old toilet and bath. Would be reluctant to stay there again if I am honest. Staff were fine. Breakfast was good. Only stayed one night.

Arrived Thursday 7pm for our 1st visit to Llandudno, had a little problem parking but found a spot eventually, free to park on the road 6pm -10am. Reception staff friendly and helpful was told the car park was full but if i kept an eye out for people leaving the next morning i might get a spot, £6 per night. We had a 1st floor Seaview room which was a little tired but was ok for the two nights we had booked for, bed was comfy and clean. Great view from the window. Floor boards in the room and in the corridor were very squeeky quite noisy when people walked past, especially early morning and late at night. Used the hotels swimming pool, which was was also in need of renovation the changing rooms were out of order which was a little inconvenient. Centrally located near all amenities great base for exploring the area. Wish we had more time to fully explore the surrounding area. Would definitely come back to Llandudno again lovely place.

the room was small , the shower cubical was also very small , it was very clean and tidy but very bland , desperate for an upgrade , the t v was also having a problem to hold the signal on some channels , all in all it was over priced , i must confess the food and service was really good .

Place a bit tired, but they did have scaffolding up so are doing remedial work to spruce it up, so sure next time will be fine. It is oldy worldy and of it's time, so charming. Super comfortable bed and pillows, especially for someone like me with a painful spinal condition. Lift just big enough (better than the other hotel we also stayed during this trip), amazing breakfast, not much on the dinner menu that took our fancy, but there's loads of other places to eat around town. Great location, right by the promenade, perfect, but disabled parking close to hotel is very limited (one space), but it's not as busy a part of town that we couldn't find a space in the road close enough. Suitable cupboard/shelf space in room, could've done with a fan and an iron and a mini fridge which 4star hotels usually have, good shower/bathroom, though a bit tight/small, but serviceable. Very friendly staff in general, just the odd one not so much, but overall, enjoyed our stay and will go there again. Totally forgot there were amenities, never figured out where the pool was, we just went up to room, down for breakfast and out for the day till we got tired, then out again for supper, will try to remember to check these out next time.

Convenient but showing its age
Old character seaside hotel. Great location on the seafront and easy walk into town centre. Check-in staff did not communicate the parking arrangements fully, only by double checking later ourselves did we avoid a fine. Bathroom was remodelled, but had holes in the door. All windows except one were painted shut and the final window was not operating properly.

Me & my daughter just staying for a night, very happy with the hotel. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is amazing, catering everyone’s needs. Will definitely visit this hotel again

Close to town staff very good good food and service However room 126 is awful small shower tiny and floods extremely noisy every floorboard creaks very loudly can hear every noise from higher floors water gushing people using bathroom when.we spoke to reception she said yes its not a good room next time request a nice room! Obviously aware it was bad why have it in use if they are aware of it!shower very small no shelf when door closes u cant open it to get out high step to get in it also

If you want an early night’s sleep on a night they have entertainment on then I’d advise you to ask for a room well away from the ballroom ! We were next door to it which was so loud! Shame it spoilt out stay!
