Bedroom and En suite very small, although en suite looked brand new. Hotel is having a lift fitted but we found number of stairs to our room on 2nd floor very tiring. Hotel does have a bar but nobody was using it so there was no atmosphere. Hotel is situated close to amenities. Breakfast was very very good with so much choice.

This hotel is in the perfect location. Right near to the beach and pierand also close to the centre for shopping and bars, cafes and bars. Hotel is clean and room was a good size with comfy beds. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Especially the young girl on reception (didnt get her name) She was lovely and super helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of choice. Well worth the money we paid to stay.

The decor may be a little outdated but our rooms were clean and comfortable with a really good shower. Wifi was a little patchy but good overall. Super convenient location, just a short stroll to beach and pier. Staff were extremely friendly and for the price, that included a fantastic breakfast, we wouid definitely stay again.

Good central location to visit Llandudno. Staff were good and breakfast was excellent. Downside was that our room was very tired and tiny which was classed as a “standard room”. Not suitable for us and we agreed an upgrade for an additional fee which was fortunate that another room was available. Recommend you check before travelling. The replacement room was still dated but clean and larger and located on the front of the building.

Only thing I didn't like was no parking, every thing else was really good, staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend The White Heather Hotel to friends.

The decor was very dated (wallpaper peeling, ceilings are square panels like a 1980s school classroom), the single room quite small and shower cubicle very small. Some things looked not quite finished, e.g. the tap at the bathroom sink was not properly fixed in place and just wobbled around. That said, the room was clean, bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable, and I slept quite well. The breakfast in the morning was a good spread and I enjoyed it. For the price paid, the property overall was good value for money.

Great location. Nice bar and seating areas. They don't have an elevator, but that's not a huge issue. Breakfast was very good. Very old property. Our twin bedroom facing the street was tiny. I was most displeased with the water pressure and the hot water in the shower. On the whole, less than average value for the money.
