It has three double bedrooms, three twin bedrooms, a room with bunk beds and 3 bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen (pantry, appliances, oven, hob, stove, charcoal stove, utensils, kitchen utensils, etc.).
The perimeter of the property is fully enclosed by wrought iron and stone wall, delimiting a garden of 700m2, terrace with carport (for 2-3 cars) and barbecue. In addition, the first floor also has an indoor garage with space for 1 more vehicle.
The windows are soundproofed with double glazing and the heating has multiple radiators with oil boiler.
