All the staff at Bellevista were so helpful and patient with us (as we asked a million questions every day). They gave great recommendations for places to eat and things to do and see. We had a lovely view of the volcano and lake. We loved our stay here.

Desde que llegamos la atención en el front desk no fue buena. La habitación si estaba limpia pero era toda antigua, tenía un mueble para el frigobar pero no había frigobar, no tenía aire acondicionado y en pleno verano se hace insoportable el calor de la noche. Lo único rescatable fue la vista por estar en el quinto piso. La tarjeta del cuarto se desactivaba literal cada vez que salía así que durante tres días estuve teniendo que activarla varias veces. El desayuno rico pero con pocas opciones. Para usar la piscina tienes que separar turno y llevar gorro porque sino te lo alquilan ahí.

This property has a beautiful view. That's all. The room ($200 us) had NO amenities. No Kleenex. One plug. Very weird addition to be used as (closet?). Ancient fixtures in the bathroom. Missing a lampshade and none of the lights matched. Basically it had no decor. No coffee. Rug was threadbare. Towel warmer didn't work. We have stayed at Motel 6's that had more amenities and more charm. The lobby is very nice. The breakfast was quite large and varied. I think it was very overpriced.

Great view but on top of traffic.
The location was great, right downtown and on the bay, it was right in the activity or festival and walking distance to rental kayaks, etc. Our room had a beautiful view of Volcan Orsono. It's also right on top of the street that borders the bay. It's an older building, with no heat or AC in the room (that we could find, anyway). To cool off, we had the window wide open, which was OK during the day, but when we wanted to sleep, we had to close the window to keep out traffic noise, so it got a bit toasty. Great breakfast. Good restaurant for dinner, as well. Staff was quite nice.

Great location, beautiful views, easy parking. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. They had live music on upstairs deck which was nice but the service was horrible. Beds could be upgraded for price of stay.

There is a patio right next to my room with very loud noise of music playing constantly. group people would go to the patio and being very very loud till very late at night. requested if possible for me to remove my room since it was so loud, they refused it, so no I do not recommend this place to anybody. Staff weren’t very helpful or accommodating. View from the room is beautiful. That’s a only good thing about this hotel 😞👎👎
