Room maintenance was neglected--the hair dryer was broken (defective plug), multiple lights did not work, and there was no climatization (either air conditioning, heating or dehumidification cycle). There was no functioning ventilation in the bathroom, and the bathroom door did not close entirely due to what appeared to be years of water damage, which had resulted in peeling and swollen veneer. The proximity feature on the key cards also did not work, necessitating paging the reception to get admitted into the garage.
