So much trash and furniture outside my room like they were treating a room for bed bugs. I felt unsafe. Saw cockroaches in my room. I wont be returning.

This property looked like it was clean, but it really was not clean. Took my shoes off the floor was dirty and sticky. They had a phone with no cord and the TV was the same, no local channels. You had to use your account to there Netflix, bravo, Disney, prime, and so on. Which I did not use. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Although our stay was good, I had requested a late checkout and apparently the guy who checked me in the day before didn't make a note on it. In the morning, the guy who checks the rooms just walked in. If I hadn't had the top latch locked, he would've been standing at the foot of the bed. I brought my concern to the receptionist in the office and he apologized. He said the guy was new, but there was also no note on the late checkout. Communication is important, so please, if you have a late checkout, make sure they write it down so nobody goes in your room without knocking. Other than that, the stay was good.

The hotel itself is in bad shape, the room we had was in pretty bad shape, the sheets looked dirty, the door and the walls were damaged, and the toilet had leak. The pool the water was green, and you couldn't swim in it.

Everything was good until the morning around 8:30 am, there was a man with a blower going around all rooms near the doors when there was no grass or leaves to blow. Then after a whole hour that we had left the hotel I get a call saying that they were going to charge us extra for having our pet when on their website it says Pet Friendly, but never that there was an extra cost for it.
