Second time staying at this property. Right across from Liverpool st station. Near a grocery store and dining - especially the Spitafields market. It is a busy area but always felt safe. Some of the rooms are a little dated but very clean and spacious.

This was a wonderful location just across from the tube. You can walk to many sightseeing activities as well. This is a spacious apartment for my family of five, and is very clean. It is in the city and you will hear people on the street and at nearby pubs which was no a problem for us.

It was ok. Front counter staffs were so nice. Room 103 hallway floor was making some noises as you walk but bed and living rooms were very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. Kitchenette came very handy. Location is great.

We stayed 5 nights. The lift only worked from one floor up for two days then didnt work at all. They promised to help with our luggage on check out butvthen wouldnt - 4 cases from 5th floor! Advertised with ensuite but only had 2 normal bathroom. Air conditioning did not work and wasnt to be fixed. Broken tiles in kitchen. Advertised worldwide sockets, but only euro/uk. Desperately needs a paint. Would not stay again.

Property is in the heart of city and many tourists attractions are in walkable distance. Liverpool Street station just is 2 minutes walk and everything is accessible

The apartment does not have A/C and the apartment feels old and needs an upgrade. No pan in the kitchen, limited dishes and forks, spoons etc. very limited utensils. The TVs did not work. He fans were broken. The pictures does not reflect at all the condition of the apartment. The only good think is location next to subway and train station bit the area is dirty, homeless around, I wouldn't stay again

I booked this hotel but I didn't get to see the rooms, because they messed up my reservation and sent me to another hotel which was apparently nicer (it was good) but there was a reason why I wanted to stay in this location next to Liverpool Street station. Sending us to the alternative hotel just added time to my plans around London.

A little tired but adequate.

We have stayed here before and by chance were in the same room. Neeed a lot of TLC last time and thishas been addressed somewhat. Was hot in London and no fans availability, so windows open and therefore LOTS of noise. Close to Liverpool Street station is a plus.

Wouldn't stay here again - was ok

On checking in they asked me to pay a discretionary 5% service charge.... I've never heard of this before.... I declined and said I would decide at check out. The description says washer/dryer.... it's a washer only. I told them safe didn't work, nothing was done about it. Housekeeping came very late 3.30 - 4.30 pm which if you've been out all day isn't convenient - I only ended up getting one service in 5 night ( and the bed wasn't made) event though another 2 days I had 'please service my room' on the outside of door. And the man on reception blocking the entrance in the evening smoking is not acceptable. Plus 3 glass table on the studio - the glass wasn't fixed to any of the table so was dangerous. No air con - rooms very hot - asked for a fan. Beds very comfortable and great location but works chose another option next time.

Perfect for an intergenerational family stay

Clean and spacious apartment in a good location, opposite Liverpool Street Station and a short walk from Leadenhall Market. Reception and cleaning staff very helpful and friendly. Perfect for an intergenerational family stay.

The location was excellent and so convenient for public transportation and restaurants, pubs and really anything’s you might need. The problem is that the hotel is not air conditioned and you cannot open the windows for airflow. Every room in the apartment has a heavy door that can’t be propped open so there is no air flow. The weather in London was in the 80’s so the apartment got very hot throughout the day and it was very hard to sleep. The mattress was overly soft and had a big slope in the middle. Otherwise the accommodations were fine. Nothing fancy.
