Super convenient location near St. Pancras

The service was outstanding. The only issue I encountered was random, and the manager (Yanis) responded faster than I would have expected. Immediately in fact. Great location near St. Pancras station, and walking distance to great areas. Also, the hotel provided many “extras” that went above and beyond what I expected. I would absolutely stay here again.

Attention to detail was amazing

I stayed at the Rokxy Hegge Suite whilst down in London for work. The suite had 2 separate rooms which was a quirky surprise; a bedroom and a snug with a settee, TV and record player. The attention to detail was brilliant, from a stocked up complementary mini bar, a gift on the bed, a sandwich made for my arrival and on the morning a pit of tea, biscuits and a newspaper outside the door. The only negative for me was that one of the floor boards was raised and loose in the bedroom, and the shower was pretty small. The shower is just a personal opinion and if the floor was fixed I’d give it a 5 star.

Lots of little surprises

The rooms are tiny, and they are a little tatty in terms of decor, but then its a great location and you can get a good price if you book early. They also give you loads of complimentary snacks and drinks - plus when I walked into the room I had a little gift on the bed

Amazing

Stay was amazing, easy check in, great clean room, lovely gifts which were a nice touch and free mini bar! 5 minute walk to St Pancras which is really convenient. A great stay all in all. Only criticism is there is a loose floor tile in shower but that’s just being picky. Thank you for a great stay! Attention to detail

I came down for a couple of days with work, I come regularly so will definitely be back at Rokxy in the future! Lovely stay, the room was comfortable and clean with nice touches like a present on arrival and stocked fridge. Fairly quiet past a certain time but was some noise coming from neighbouring buildings early on in the night. I was concerned when I saw my room was next to the game room, but it was quiet even when people in there. The communication was great from the concierge with updates before the stay. Only con was that I didn't receive the breakfast even though I had a message to say that I would. Saying that, it's not a huge deal as I was up and out for work - would highly recommend this little hidden gem.

Lovely welcoming staff; nice decor; some lovely touches with welcome gift, free sandwich on arrival, free minibar, fresh tea and towels delivered to your room in the morning and bag storage before checkin and after checkout. Great location to. My only criticism would be that the bathroom was a little cramped in the shower and using the loo but everything else more than made up 4 that. Thoroughly recommend

Made to feel so welcome

I don't remember being made to feel so welcome at a hotel before. Everything worked as it should - from bag droip off in the morning, the room and facilities, the access code, the location - all just really, really good. A special shout out to Hossain, what a lovely and thoughtful chap he is. I loved the little breakfast trolley!

Small Room but Perfectly Formed!

Lovely little room, beautifully decorated. Some lovely touches like a gift of Fortnum & Mason jar of preserve and the morning tea trolley with newspaper, outside the door. Impeccable service. The only tiny thing was a small hair ball on the floor and the grout in the bathroom could do with a refresh. That’s being picky…would definitely stay again!

Excellent single rooms

This property, and its staff, are excellent. The room was small, because it was for 1 person. I am 6'3" and 380lbs and i fit inside well. Everything was organized and tucked away in such a way it didn't feel cluttered, but i had easy access to everything i needed. The service was too notch, host very responsive over text during business hours. I will absolutely return!

Great property, walkable to both Euston Station and Kings Cross. What makes this property stand out was the incredible service and little touches. Room is on the smaller side but this is almost expected in London and is reflected in the room price. Would recommend!!

I stayed here last night and was blown away by what we walked into. We had a quirky room with free gifts and free minibar! There was a really good Bluetooth speaker so instead of going out to the pub, we got a few few drinks and decided to spend more time in the room instead. This morning they dropped off some filled teapots and then offered us a baclava on the way out. Definitely don't get this type of experience at a normal hotel. We will defitstay again!
