Nice hotel - not a smooth check-in
There must have been some sort of issues between hotels.com and the actual hotel. We booked our room with breakfast included, but the actual hotel didn’t know about this. In the end everything was sorted, but it wasn’t as smooth as we would like it to be. When we checked in our room wasn’t ready, and this could have been also be sorted in a smoother way The room was great, clean and comfortable, and we had a great stay in a lovely spot of London.

Friendly reception and restauarant staff. We were upgraded on our arrival which was a lovely surprise especially for a birthday celebration. Loved the rooftop pool and views across London and Battersea park. Also loved the view of Battersea cats and dogs home from our room. We had a fantastic one night stay, thank you to all the staff at art’otel.

We stayed for one night as we were heading to the fureworks at battersea so the hotel was in the perfect location. Check in wasn't great as on arrival at 14.45 our room wasn't ready, our bags were taken and we were told we would get a call when the room was ready. We returned at 16.00 to be told the room was now ready and our bags were in the room. We hadn't had a call. When we got to the room our bags weren't there ... but once i called services they were brought up to us. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The service we received every where else in the hotel was wonderful and the breakfast was delightful. We had an early morning swim in the pool which although chilly was a lovely way to start the morning. Other than the one individual on reception all staff were knowledgeable and helpful

Great hotel in great Battersea location. Had a great stay for party of 9. Remember to request housekeeping services on check in if you need it. Tozi breskfast v busy and a little slow otherwise a lovely stay

The room does not provide the facilities required to meet the hotel's star rating standards. The area around the hotel is good, with a lots of restaurants and shops. It’s a bit far from most of scenic places in London, not very convenient.
