2 false fire alarms, no telephone access to front desk from room, electrical tape hanging off the towel warmer, filthy and old carpet & furniture, less than 10 TV channels & no streaming. Really really bad! I told them at checkout…no remediation offered just a bunch of Sorries!

A nice hotel aim for a short stay and have to go to the airport early. Nice, clean, comfort single room with a bed wide enough for me. The faucet is way too old btw. Don't expect anything you can find near by, basically nothing here in this area, but you can have a beer and food within the hotel, there is a restaurant that you can have steak, lamp, fish&chips, and much more.

Conveniently located 10 minutes from Heathrow. We were able to get an early checkin and a complimentary upgrade. The restaurant on site was very nice, we were just overnighting to catch a flight back to Toronto. The set cab fare from the hotel to the airport was quite expensive, we opted for an uber which was half the price.
