Great location, very modern, limited storage in the room but room was comfortable, great bed. The location is next to Victoria Train station so little uncomfortable area after dark, but lots of people around, just have to be careful, that said getting around was perfect being next to the Underground and access to Gatwick airport is excellent using the Gatwick Express, 5 minutes from hotel and only 30 minutes on the train. Also breakfast was excellent.

Modern Convenient Boutique experience

Cool vibe at the modern boutique hotel in the heart of London. Located 5 minutes from Victoria Station made this hotel easy for getting around. Taxis and Uber easy as well. We walked from the hotel to so many places and saw so much of what London has to offer over 6 days. The staff, lounge and lobby were vibrant both in style and use for the guests. Yet the staff accomodating. The room itself was tight for two with only one side where you could get in and out of bed. We dealt with that but there was only an outlet or charging station on one side as well so I would be careful on what room you choose if you are not a single. They are eco-friendly and if you want daily room service you must arrange it. There is an iPad in every room for hotel amenities that is also used for the tv. If you like a modern boutique atmosphere this place is for you.

**A Disappointing Experience at citizenM London – Proceed with Caution** Despite its highrating, I strongly advise against staying at this property. My positive experience at citizenM Amsterdam led me to book here, but the London location was a stark contrast. I requested an early check-in due to a long flight from Canada, but received no response. Upon arrival, the first "ambassador" informed me that early check-in before 2 PM was impossible. After leaving my luggage and returning around 1 PM, a different ambassador promptly checked me in, revealing the initial refusal was likely due to a lack of effort. The issues continued after check-in. Exhausted from travel, I was startled awake by an ambassador loudly knocking on my door—only to realize they were at the wrong room. More frustrating was the smoke detector in my room, which flashed incessantly, making sleep nearly impossible at night. When I raised this concern, the staff dismissed it, stating that as long as it wasn’t beeping, it was "fine." Cleanliness was another major concern. The replacement bed sheets had hair, and the new towels were marred with brown stains. Finally, a family emergency forced me to check out early. The manager assured me that I would be reimbursed for the unused nights, but when Expedia contacted them, they refused to honor this promise. Overall, this stay was marked by poor communication, inadequate service, and subpar conditions. I recommend looking elsewhere for your London accommodatio

The rooms are small but clean and modern and have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The lobby is pleasant and has lots of space to sit and relax. The location is super convenient. Close to all the major sights.

Wi-Fi?

Citizenm isn't Wi-Fi compatible with every device. They don't tell you that nor do they offer real solutions. They say they contact an IT person but there is no actual IT person. Nor do they offer any compensation beyond a free drink.
