Loved the hotel- great location and service. Would give it a 5 except the bed was up against the window so one person had to crawl over the other to get in & out. Not real comfortable if you have to get up during the night which we did. Bed was very comfortable though.

There are some homeless people hanging out in the corner of Victoria st, at night it’s doesn’t feel safe. But other than that the hotel is amazing and it centrally located

The CitizenM by Victoria is great for the theatre ( Especially Wicked it's across the street ) The area has lots of food options and is walkable to Big Ben in about 20 minutes. I would stay again rooms are clean and bright and the ipad controls everything in the room, Great staff and relaxed atmosphere in the residents lounge in reception.

Excellent hotel - ideal for one person

Really loved this hotel. Great concept - very comfortable. I've never heard so many positive comments from guests checking out. Incredibly comfortable even despite the heatwave. Only issue was in the lobby. Hot weather seems to have dried out some of the sink drains so was a strong odor of sewer gases each evening. Got better as the evening went on.
