I had a wonderful stay at CitizenM London Victoria Station! The hotel was spotless — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, always going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The location is perfect too — close to everything and super convenient for exploring London. Highly recommend!

The Hotel room is the size of a cruise cabin, however very clean has all of the amenities you would want or need and is high tech. The room is managed via a iPad controlling the lighting, tv, music, blinds temperature control and mood lighting.The staff friendly and attentive the location was central to Big Ben and the palace and play houses down the stret

Loved our stay at CitizenM Victoria Station. So easy to get around all of London. The hotel bar and lobby area had a great vibe. So close to many great restaurants and pubs. The iPad room controls were next level! The only minor downside was the tiny room, but well worth it for all the other amenities and locations. Great value as well! Highly recommend!

1. Simple but comfortable room. 2. Staff - excellent! Friendly and efficient. 3. Location - many restaurants and stores nearby at walking distance. Victoria station is also nearby! 4. Area immediately around the hotel seemed a bit rundown - but overall it was a very safe location.
