The hotel was average. No real amenities. It was a clean hotel in a good area. Rooms were small, beds were small. Windows let in all the street noise and could hear everything in the hallway.

Good breakfast and location. The elevator was out of service for several days. They forgot cleaning of the room one day and in general it wasn’t very good. The shower door had a problem.

The stay in the hotel was very good. The issue came at check in where Hotels.com had not notified the hotel of the booking. We therefore had a very stressful hour+ where we did not know whether we would have a room. We had a confirmation email and payment had been taken. This caused the party a lot of anxiety and we had a rush to be ready for the show we had booked.

One of the worst Doubletrees I’ve stayed in. The room was not ready when we got there at 3pm. It took about an hour to get the room ready. Then they failed to clean our room. So, we had to transfer to another room. Just a really bad experience.

Good location near an Underground stop and in a less touristy/crowded area. Great fitness center, not very big but had a good selection of weights/cardio. Staff was also helpful when we had questions/requests.
