The hotel is in a great location and in great condition. Only reason I didn’t give it a higher rating is that I had an issue with checking in where my room was ready and they never notified me. Since I had just traveled overnight on a red-eye flight, it would have been nice to get my room notification so I could check in rather than sit and wait. I wasn’t the only one with that issue either. There were multiple travelers sitting in the lobby waiting for their clean room notifications to check in. Other than that, the room was very nice for the price.

They provide Wonderful services in all, the stuff at front desk is very nice. The breakfast buffet is fresh and tasty. Hotel is convenient to Victoria station, walking about 5 mins. And it’s close to the travel company Evan Evan tours if you plan a day tour in London. Highly recommended.
