Room although small, it was clean, and comfortable. The staff were timely and approachable. Breakfast spread was outstanding. I might have missed it in your email that the entrance is across from the restaurant, so I wandered a bit upon arrival. Perhaps, stating that detail may help others.

I usually don’t like to leave a bed review anywhere i go.Me and my husband were exited to go to Paria and stay in nice place.I googled and read a lot of reviews to choose this hotel and even paid extra $40 for breakfast buffet! Next morning around 10 o’clock we went down stairs and everything was closed.I asked the front desk and he opened rhe kitchen.And brought for us what they jad leftovers.Only bread, cheese,small 2 croissants. Because it was our first time in Paris I didn’t know my phone charger won’t work here so i asked again from front desk thinking they should provide it because a lot of tourists comes from different countries.,he couldn’t find any.Room was really cold too So we couldn’t stay for an another night and just checked out.Really disappointed 😞

Really enjoyed our stay at Riu Plaza London. Hotel is conveniently located next to Victoria Station, many bus routes, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast buffet is quite large and varied with some healthy options. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Staff at the hotel where polite and helpfull.Breakfast was excellent and tables and flooor were clean.Noticed a member of staff in the restaurant constantly going round mopping up any spillage on the floor thus preventing any accidents. When we booked it was for two beds. When we got there we were in a tiny room one bed. Even though when we checked we were asked what we preferred and we said we had asked for two beds. We arrived at 9:30 am and had to wait all day to get our room. Once we were taken to our room it had one bed and looked like a broom closet. We were told there were no rooms with two beds unless we wanted to pay an additional £40 per night. We opted for the additional charge as we wanted the two beds. The original room they had us in you could barely move around as well. Not impressed.

Great location for transportation and visiting the theater and many restaurants/pubs nearby. Room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We would have liked more pillows on the bed and fluffier ones. Breakfast variety was excellent, the buffet was HUGE and staff were constantly refreshing items. The breakfast room was noisy and a bit chaotic because there were a lot of guests, but we were seated immediately each time we visited. Staff were very friendly and efficient! Overall a very comfortable stay.

highly recommend. staff are super friendly, attentive and happy to help, we had asked for more pillows then realised we had to run for a show so we couldn’t wait in the room for them, staff were able to leave them on the bed for us which was nice, we also got a “welcome back” every time we came back in for the day and a “good morning, enjoy your day” when we left which felt very nice. location is amazing, very close to the tube station and a shopping mall with a food court, and also the apollo victoria theatre is right next door so great if you’re seeing a show there which we did. breakfast buffet is to die for, so much choice and open for a good 7-10:30 and tells you how busy it will be for certain times with signs in the lifts. rooms are spacious and good soundproofing, the normal shower in our room had slightly bad water pressure but there was a rain shower so was able to use that instead, there was body wash, shampoo, and conditioner available so handy if you forgot yours. all in all this hotel is amazing value for money, deserves every good thing said about it. will definitely stay here again if/when we come back to london.
