Vinyl Floors ...meh
Never have we stayed in a hotel property, including a low end budget one, where everything is covered in vinyl flooring from the hallways to the room itself. This made for very loud hallway noise and very uncomfortable feelings walking around barefoot in our room. We laid towels on the ground just to make it feel a little cozier. Whoever designed this obviously does not care about comfort and rather have something sterile and easy to clean. Definitely not a place for a romantic getaway. It's more designed for children and families. The buffet breakfast was the only highlight. That was very good.

Quick stay- twin room
My mother and I booked a room at the last minute to get out of a bad airbnb. We weren’t there much and didn’t get to try breakfast. Getting to our room was a bit of a maze, but other than that the room was big and clean. The service was excellent and everyone was very kind. The location is great, but you do have to walk through a bit of a tent community to get to the Main Street. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay.

Poor service and helpless reception
1. During check in we found out that our Deluxe Room has no window. We checked description here. Indeed there is an information on the site that this room has no window written in the middle of the overall description but pictures are confusing and show something looking like a window in the room (which is not). When we tried to explain that we are frequent travellers with Gold status etc and maybe some other rooms (not even Deluxe but smaller) can be found - the receptionist was called and denied. OK. 2. When we came into the room - we've heard all bathroom "procedures" from the neighbours upstairs, plumbing is odd and has to be repaired. We invited reception lady to come and check it herself, she denied and said that we can come "tomorrow at 12pm" and she will check if room can be replaced. We had other plans for the next day and did not come for the room replacement. This overall experience is very negative and we would never come back.

Over all, most staff were great especially cleaning staff, but on arrival had the rudest lady on front reception, who thought it was amusing to make me look like a fool. Didn’t bother contacting me to say room was ready when it was so waited 6 hours for nothing, and with a smirk added I’m in basement. Definitely wouldn’t have paid what I paid knowing all this before hand.

Et udemærket sted at sove
Hotellet er et udemærket sted at overnatte. Sengene er utroligt behagelige. Gulvene er venyl eller noget lign. Dette giver en oplevelse af god hygiejne, men fremstår også institutionelt. Værelset var hermetisk lukket, så klimaanlægget skulle sørge for indeklimaet. Hvis vi ikke efterlod er kort i holderen indenfor døren, var der ikke nogen strøm til klimaanlægget. Rummet blev lummert og fugten drev af vinduerne, når vi kom tilbage efter en dag ude i byen. Dejlige morgenmad omend meget larmende og kaotisk. Noget i opsætningen af mad osv virkede ikke logistisk, for folk havde svært ved at komme forbi hinanden. Alt i alt, et udemærket sted at sove.
