I didn’t enjoy starting there. The receptionist was treating me so badly, and it was my birthday lol. At least some kindness, event telling her… not helpful or anything. Didn’t want to do her job.

I spent a horrible night in a dark, windowless shoebox for 320 GBP - such a scam. Never again RIU. If you want people to survive in a dark, windowless and almost airless room, you have to TELL THEM before that this is the case - who would expect this from a room of that price?

First class all the way. Location a few minutes walk from victoria station. Easy check in from polite helpfull staff. Room spotless and modern. Small fridge,safe,iron+board, small kettle with tea/ coffee, blackout curtains, just some of room features. Noticed a lot of airline staff checking in, so you know its a good choice. Breakfast included in room rate and you would be hard pushed to better with the amount of choice available.

Fantastic stay, booked after a holidy to Dubai and they upgraded us to a lovely room. The breakfast was flavoursome and varied. Great location 5 mins walk to the station. Will book again when in London

Close to train station. The room was small but was very modern. Lovely large breakfast buffet. Only downside was a clear panel connecting the bathroom to bed area, letting in the bathroom light at night.

Really pleased with our choice of hotel in London. The room was ample sized and newly furnished. Clean comfortable. Not luxurious but we didnt want to spend several hundreds on a room. Breakfast was EXCELLENT. the buffet had everything - hot and cold and constantly replenished. I heard that it can be very busy but we went early and had no lines. There is a bar - nothing special. The location is great - we walked to the theatre to see Hamilton! Very easy access to Victoria - tube.bus and overground train. Would definitely recommend.

Super comfortable stay for our family of 4 adults. Location couldn’t have been any better given the proximity to all tourist attractions and Victoria station for any day tours. Rooms have everything that one needs for a good night rest, and last but not the least…breakfast buffet was a huge hit with our family.
