It was a nice hotel . Kind people and good service. Easy to get in to the center of London. Big breakfastbuffé. The beds a little bit to hard for us. Othervise very good room. Minus for plastic mugs in the bathroom.

Fantastiskt god frukost!
Ett fantastiskt fint hotell med trevlig personal vart man än var. Rummet var stort och bra planlösning. Sköna sängar, även bäddsoffan. Välstädat och sköna kuddar. Vi hade dock ingen utsik förutom en vägg men det gjorde inget denna gång då vi stannade 2nätter. Bodde på plan 1. Frukosten var jättebra! Bästa någonsin i London. Enda vi kan komma på att nämna som var litr jobbigt var att det var en Labyrint att hitta till rummet. Upp 2våningar och gå en bit och sedan gå ner en våning och gå en bit. Kommer definitivt bo här igen om jag besöker London.

Great friendly hotel
Staff really friendly everyone spoke to us a ready smile on their faces, breakfast big selection, one problem cleaners never cleared used mugs away or refilled coffee/tea but it was put right straight away. Wish they tucked bottom sheet in properly hard to get in the bed loads of bottom sheet tangled round in the way.

Luxurious hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Really clean and lovely spacious room. 5 minute walk to the Apollo theatre and Victoria Station. If you don't get the chance to eat at the restaurant, it's extremely easy to order food via the QR code for delivery to reception.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel is really well kept and the room was extremely spacious for London standards. We loved the included breakfast - so many great options! Just a couple of blocks to Victoria Station which made getting around London a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!
