Clean and spacious rooms. Only a few minutes walk from the tube station. Breakfast variety was good. The rooms did not have carpet so may have helped to provide some slippers.

Could not fault the hotel for cleanliness, and service ...my only reservation was having to walk out of the hotel ...across a busy road to have breakfast ....also warm plates would be lovely....also not so good the coffee for breakfast ....but the selection of food was amazing and delicious

What an amazing stay at the Riu! Breakfast was top notch. Everything from our room to the dining room to the hotel lobbies were spotless! Location across the street from Victoria Station was so convenient. We were able to use the tube for all of our travels around the city. I would not hesitate to book a stay here again. Thank you Riu for a great stay!

Just ok

Pros: Room was clean. Elevator was fast. Cons: Shower floor had broken tiles coming up and was missing grout. We asked to be moved to a different room. The shower in the new room was also missing grout and did not properly drain. We would be standing in inches of water, which felt gross. Pillows were flat and only one per bed. No extra blankets.
