Minor inconveniences, overall good.

Overall happy with our stay. The staff was for the most part very friendly, unfortunately one guy wasn’t very nice and gave us the wrong bed. However, the hotel was very fresh and clean, as well as the restaurant. The breakfast was overall good expect for the waffles, pancakes and donuts. They were still slightly frozen both the times we ate there. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was very good.

We loved the location and how modern the property was. Housekeeping needs work as the standards for cleaning the room is not the best. I also think it's ridiculous that you cannot take little breakfast desserts with you out of the dining hall. As long as we paid for the breakfast, we should be able to carry if we are eating on the go. Fix this please.

Location was great for the underground, breakfast buffet included was one of the best we have ever had. The bed was hard and initially we had two very flat pillows. They did give us additional better pillows upon request, but the bed mattress was still very hard.

I recently stayed here and overall had a good experience. The service was okay, with friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel itself is neat, the breakfast was really nice, and I liked that checkout time was at 12pm. Since we mentioned we were having a wedding, they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine and some chocolates, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel is quite big, and finding some of the rooms isn’t very straightforward. Unfortunately, there’s no parking on-site, and carrying a lot of luggage can be a bit stressful, especially since some rooms require quite a bit of walking after getting off the elevator. Thankfully, one of the staff members, Marios, went above and beyond to help us carry all our luggage to our room, his assistance really made a difference and was much appreciated.
