This was the last hotel we stayed in during our 14 day Euro vacation and I am very thankful that my mom chose this hotel. The rooms were so clean and so quiet and you could walk around in them! And the dining hall offers an excellent full breakfast buffet. The manager Sandeep deserves a considerable raise as he was so kind and gracious! However, please be aware that the airport shuttle is not free and it costs about 6.90 pounds per person. You will need to purchase the shuttle tickets ahead of time via HotelHoppa otherwise the bus driver gets mad at you. Public transit is a dream! I will return in the future :)

Convenient hotel for Heathrow T3 the bus stops outside the front door and takes 20 minutes for £6:50. The check in was quick and the manager very helpful. We will use again.

Great for the money- But bring your own food.

The Ibis budget hotel kind of surpassed my expectations. My Fiancée and I stayed for an entire week. The reception is on the first floor so you really don't have to interact with staff if you don't want to that gives it more of an apartment feel at times. Don't get me wrong, it's a budget hotel and they are definitely lacking in some departments. No mini fridges in the rooms was kind of lame, water spots all over the taps/shower/glass etc. But for the price, it was actually kind of decent. The bar has a nice vibe and is a very chill way to end your evening with a pint- But beware of the food. I ordered a tuna sandwich and it was as if there was a national shortage on tuna mayo. A literal scraping in some cold toast with some mouldy crisps and a very sorry looking mini salad. My fiancée was brave and ordered the Nachos and I'm not quite sure I have the literary skill to describe the sorry mess that arrived at our table. I did complain and they offered us free desert, which I appreciated but I was honestly a bit too afraid to order anything else.

Room is a bit small, they only had 1 tiny elevator working. Restaurant took 20 minutes to serve 1 panini and a salad. Took an extra 10 for my drink. Suitable place to stay, bus straight to LHR good bang for the buck

The hotel is close to the airport .. the price was reasonable .. it’s clean .. the staff was pleasant .. I liked my room The bus service to and from the hotel is not run by the hotel and can be cumbersome and it’s the same bad service for all the Heathrow hotels .. if you don’t mind spending a little more money for a cab or Uber you will be happy you did

Please give plus sized guests appropriate beds

Apart from giving a plus sized guest a single bed everything else to do with my stay was spot on. I was treated with respect and dignity when checking in and out. All staff i spoke with were friendly. The room was perfect as i was just sleeping there.

One elevator for entire building because the other was broken. Two tour groups got there when we did… and in the morning the one lift was busy. So we had to carry our luggage up and down four flights of stairs. In-room WiFi didn’t work. Carpet was kind of gross. Lights in room bright, sterile white like a cafeteria. Soap in shower “for hands, body and hair.” My hair feels so nasty. I saw nothing at the hotel that looked nearly as bright and clean as the photos. Close to airport but not convenient to get to/from.
