I hated the fact that people are really noisy in the hallways. Your rooms are reasonably soundproof but they’re so noisy in the hallways. There was also only one left working. Therefore there was a huge queue of multiple people queueing to get into a tiny lift with a huge suitcases so much so that I actually pulled my back having to take my suitcase in my bag up the stairs to the first floor reception it was ridiculous. The room was incredibly cold however I managed to sort out that myself. I didn’t like the showerhead not being able to move particularly I think they should be a slip mat in the shower area too. Also I think that guests are incredibly rude and leaving their trays on tables so much so I had to remove the trays myself. I took my tray to the tray area because I think that people shouldn’t do that, but still The toasting machine doesn’t really do toast very well. I think it’d be far better to have a couple of toasters.
