Public transport if very accessible as the bus stops are tight outside the hotel. If you wish to eat inside the hotel there is a restaurant within and a bar. If you fancy something else there are other restaurants in the area within walking distance.. Checking in and out was a breeze.

I would say about the bathroom should be more comfortable and change the electric socket as its all old version
Overall excellent
During our stay at approximately 02.00am the fire alarm went off. I appreciate this was not the hotels fault but the evacuation process was deeply concerning. Only about 75 guests evacuated with many foreign guests clearly not understanding the process. With one lady on our floor saying she'd seen a sign in the lift saying it was a drill! There was no visible fire warden, no visible member of hotel staff in the muster point. After about 15-20mins, one member of staff came out mumbled " go back in" then quickly left with many outside questioning whether they were actually staff. We went back to the reception on the first floor where we were told it was a false alarm and it was all fine. When we said it wasn't fine, half your guests didn't leave, you apparently had no formal protocol or training and where was the communication. The two staff members on the desk just repeated it was a false alarm. If I was responsible for health and safety at Accor Hotel Group or a member of the local fire station I would be taking a long hard look at staff training and guest education, this is a large hotel and I dread to think what would happen when it's not a false alarm.
We only booked for one night to catch a flight in the late afternoon. We arrived pretty late and at 7 am the fire alarm start going. We had to evacuate the building and spent almost 1 hour outside. They couldn't locate the problem. At the end was not a fire apparently!
