It was good.. however there were disturbances.. past experiences on floor 1 were similar to this time.. but we didnt want to be difficult, asking for room changes.. but staff are amazing as always and room was really comfortable..

The hotel was underwhelming. The photos shows a better quality than in person. The room was very bare. No face cloths no hairdryer no coffee maker. The lack of storage and what was there was very old and unstable. Only one elevator worked and we had to catch transport to the airport. Not a very comfortable stay. Good thing it was for one night.

The hotel is very quiet and the bed very comfortable. I arrived early and a room was not available but the hotel kept my bags until I returned later that evening. The hotel is right on the bus route from the airport.

Close to airport with shuttle that stops outside property. Quick check in and out, comfortable beds. Good hot beverage options in room tea and coffee. Just wish the bathtub wasn’t slippery, maybe add a grab bar and non slip mat.

Good, convenient hotel for a night before flying from Heathrow. Its budget, but has everything you need to sleep and the beds are comfortable. Ive stayed twice and once I heard no plane noise, the other time was at the other end and right under the flight path so you could hear some noise, but the flights stop at 11pm so didnt affect sleep. Its also quite cool watching the planes land as you can see the runway from some of the windows. Parking was easy and was £13 for 24 hours which is reasonable for London

If it’s a bed to sleep on is all you looking for then it’s a good place. Staff was not helpful at all check in process took hours and staff was not very good at communication.

We travelled to Euston station and then got 2 under ground trains and 1 bus to the hotel, it took about 1 hour-1,5 hours to get there. As this was our first time, we did not know the routes so would look into this and plan better next time. We would do this again as we felt that we were able to go into the hustle and bustle of London, and then come away from it into a quieter town. The hotel was clean and the room was perfect for what we needed. Tea and coffee in the room, and the was refilled every day. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The dining room was very busy when we used it for breakfast, and this was cleaned and food topped up constantly. We will be staying here again for our London rips. We stayed for a sporting event, so was understandably busy with other fans.
