Breakfast was really good and in a beautiful space that was kept clean by staff continually clearing tables. Our room was surprisingly quiet despite proximity to airport. Elevators were painfully slow and odd location of reception being on 1st floor instead of main floor which was compounded by elevator issues.

Location is superb with easy access to buses, to the subway at Hounslow West and to the airport. Shuttle buses to the airport come to the hotel. There is a restaurant on the premises.
