Bad experience.

There was no ventilation at all in the room I was breathless midnight and have to roam on the road for fresh air for almost 3hours. Slept in the car for 1hr and returned to room around 6am. I asked the staff and they also couldn’t do anything as nothing lies in their hands. The design of the building is in such a way that, we can’t open the windows. I have dust allergy, and because of central heating, the air circulates there itself which cuts off any chance of fresh air circulation into the room as the windows have no option to open. I sneezed for almost 30times in 10mins and the chest pains so badly after that, I am not exaggerating, someone who had asthma or dust allergy will surely relate me. Please sort these out, at least next person may not experience my difficulties.

Right by the main street for transportation, they have a live screen with flight details, airport shuttle for a fee The shower bath tub does not have a prober door/cover so when you take shower water would spill into the floor, had to be very careful when taking the shower not to spray water outside Reception is on the first floor if you don't have any big luggage, easily take the stairs all went well, good place for a short stay

Late arrival and the hourly shuttle service fell out which involved waiting until after 10 pm for the next one. No food available, not even bar food despite advertising that there would be food . Next morning arrived 2 minutes before shuttle departure but it drove off past me and I had to spend €34 on a taxi. Tried to print off 2 pages for my work but was told the printers were broken. The hotel is advertised 9 minutes from airport but it’s more than double, even longer that distance. N

So the hotel rooms are immaculate but also the most basic of rooms. Everything was immaculate. The property itself like a lot of neighborhoods that surround airports serves its purpose. Can’t get much closer to Heathrow. I expected a generic Sysco type of breakfast but this food was made with pride. A traditional English breakfast. Staff was amazing as well. If I wrote a review that translates to me really being impressed. Not my typical hotel and me missing a flight is why I was there. Anyway I actually enjoyed my stay and will stay there again.
