One of my best best best hotel experience. The staff engaged very warm and courteous. They made sure my 2 yr old son was engaged while I was checking in. The room was spotless and very comfortable. And it was very economically priced . 5 stars all around

I cannot go on enough about how wonderful a place this is! When I checked in, the hotel room smelt like weed. Probably someone has had been smoking in the room or corridor before. The hotel room was clean and tidy. Didn’t had water bottles in. I was told the tap water is drinkable. Room was okay in size. There was no tissue paper box in the room. £12 parking per night is also a lot. Uber charged me £9 to take me to the nearest underground station. Hence location isn’t too bad. The airport hoppa busses don’t operate after midnight. And avg uber price from airport to this hotel is £40.

Airport shuttle only runs once per hour. Uber took me to the wrong Ibis budget hotel. Staff seemed not very good, and were slow. The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The aircraft passing overhead rattled the whole room. I was forced to buy toothpaste from vending machine for 4 pounds. Every other hotel has small sample items that they hand out.
