Comfy Kensington is a spacious (1,245 Square feet) 3 story house in the neighborhood of Kensington. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests* in three bedrooms.
Comfy Kensington is just a few minutes walk from High Street Kensington tube station where there are large array of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The street has a villagey feel to it and on Stratford Road are a number of shops, cafes and restaurants.For food shopping there is an enormous Wholefoods store and a large Marks and Spencers both located on Kensington High Street.The house is comfortable and flooded with lots of natural light and has two private outdoor areas to enjoy morning coffee or an early evening glass of wine.The house has a lovely bright feeling to it and also benefits from a pretty outlook both at the front and the back. A perfect location for a family break in London in a quiet road yet close to the buzz and excitement of High Street Kensington. *Please note that children 7 years and older are welcome.On the ground floor your will find a living room with couches, coffee table and fireplace. Just next to this is the dining room with table and chairs. To the back of the apartment is the kitchen which is a fully equipped and has a small breakfast table. From the kitchen you have access to a small courtyard where there is also a table for sunnier days.Going up to the first floor, you will find a first bedroom with a queen size bed. The second bedroom is just next to this bedroom and has a single, trundle bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom which completes this floor.
On the top floor is the ensuite master bedroom with queen size bed. From the top floor you also have access to the roof Terrace.

House with the Best Location in London
The property could not be in a better location being halfway between 2 tube stations on different lines giving you very quick and efficient transportation to any area of London. Just around the corner there is a great Italian Deli where you can get coffee and croissants in the morning, a great Italian restaurant and a very charming English pub. Hugo our greeter was waiting when we arrived at the house and the check-in and out was extremely easy. The only things I would recommend is that the owners should create a renter's book to go over some of the common question renters will have (operation of basic appliances, what to do with excess trash, any check out requirement expectations, ...). Other minor things to note - the master shower is by necessity quite compact so a larger individual might feel cramped, and the combination washer/dryer is convenient but best limited to light small loads.
