The place is a dump. No working tv or AC. Stains everywhere. Uncomfortable mattress. The bathroom was clean and the manager allowed us to check in early. The main plus is that is right next to the train station (St Pancras).

Hotel is across from St Pancras, very convenient for catching the Eurail to Paris. The room was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful, they have a storage room behind the office so we did not have to take them up to the room. The room safe did not work, but we felt safe. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from, but we walked to the best turkish restaurant in London for dinner 15 min away.

Hotel is a maze on split levels. Id requested not to carry my bag up multiple stairs due to injury. Room was changed as allicated top floor, then given 2nd floor, but had 2 mini stairs and another 15 to climb with my suitcase aswell as using a lift. Bed mattress was thin and dipped in middle. Could feel springs. I raised concerns with receptionist on check out. The manager who was sat on his phone next to receptionist answered dismissively to which he was told to either get off his phone to respond or not at all.

The hotel is just outside King’s Cross station so great access to subway and railway. It was a good hotel for our visit as it was just somewhere to sleep. Nice comfy beds and pillows. The room was clean although the windows were broken with one of them having no glass. This made it a bit noisy at night. But then we were in a very busy area. Only found out on our 2nd night that the tv had no signal. It didn’t worry us as we were tired and had our tablets anyway. It’s great that the room had air conditioning. The shower was great and it looks like the bathroom has been renovated in the last few years. The rooms could do with the same as the laminate floor has been damaged by water. Also a bonus to have a fridge and tea and coffee. There is no safe in the room which it states on the facilities. There is also a store room for bags if you are getting a later train after checkout. I would consider staying again but ask for a quiet room

The room was small for a family room, however it was ideal the reason we used it for. Steps only into the hotel. Very noisy area, it was warm but couldn't leave the windows open. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Nice hotel
Hotel was in an excellent location, very clean inside. Our room was nice and big. Not noisy at all. The only downside was that the AC was a little feeble. Staff was polite and helped with our luggage.
