3 of the staff were awesome. 2 senior staff were terrible. Bed was super uncomfortable. No desk as represented in the photo so don't be fooled.

The room was very small, there were huge piles of rubbish outside the hotel, there was no lift, there was a fan/heater system in the room that would loudly and frequently go off every 10 minutes throughout the night, the television didn’t work, and I was asked to provide an unexpected £100 deposit which I still have not had returned after two weeks despite leaving the room in perfect condition and in perfect time.

The property may be dated but the bathroom in our room has been renovated, it’s clean and comfortable to be in. The location is very convenient, about 3 minute walk from Paddington station. There’s several dining and shopping options around the area. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. It’s a great option for us, we stayed at the property for an overnight layover in LHR.

I liked the quaint feel of the hotel and area. I liked the room. I didnt like the fact we were on the very top floor about 7 flights if stairs and no lift. Good job i didnt have a disability! I didnt like we couldnt have breakfast there either. Staff friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Lancaster Court Hotel during a work trip to London and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around the city, and it offers good value for money, especially considering the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more enjoyable. Although the room was quite small, it was clean and had everything I needed. Given the convenience and price, I found it to be a good option for anyone looking for affordable accommodation in central London.

The hosta were very professional and understanding. ,i gave both Faven and Danny 5stars. The bed was a single bed but the sheet and comforter were clean and smells nice. Also the bathroom was spotless.and smell fresh .. The con is: you have to climb over 60 stairs, if your room is on the 5th floor and over 50 stairs if on the 4th floor There is NO elevators. Over i enjoyed my stay there.❤️❤️

Stayed in a single room with shared bathroom, which was actually just a just shared toilet as the room has a sink and shower in the room. Compact but perfectly adequate with a comfortable bed and kettle so just what I needed for a cost effective overnight stay.
