Very convenient location close to Towerhill Subway station. Lovely fragrance in the lobby area. Family room with 2 double beds was comfortable and spacious, very reasonably priced for central London. Bathroom was a bit dated but functional. Breakfast was tasty and there was a good variety of options. Would stay again.

Room was too small compared to online pictures. There was no shower gel, shampoo in the bathroom. Sink drain was plugged. Towels were old and ripped. Room air conditioning unit was not working and you can’t even open windows. Our room was heating up to 29 C. Bed runner and long round decorative pillow was smelling very bad as it has never washed.

The location was brilliant—just a short walk to Tower Hill London Underground station and Tower of London. My family loves to swim, and we really enjoyed access to the pool. The room was clean and comfortable; however, we had a few issues upon arrival: 1) we were not able to find our room and 2) we could not use the refrigerator (despite paying a deposit fee for the room). Overall, we had a good experience, and I would recommend this hotel.

Our room was amazing, views of london city to die for, staff very friendly and would say our room wa one of the best rooms we have weve stayed, apart from the The Shard. The only critiscism i had was the bath/ shower could do with a little tlc.. bath jacuzzi element didnt work & shower not very powerful but that was it ..would recommend highly
