Perfect family hotel

This our third stay as a family of four. Staff are always great, breakfast is amazing and such good value for money. Hotel is very clean. It’s really accessible for people and the tube is more or less next door after having a long day walking around London we are always thankful for this!!

From check in until we left it was a chilled, happy and worried free experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Had an amazing view out of our window. Paying for breakfast was totally worth it… lots of variety to choose from. We were celebrating our anniversary, the hotel had a lovely gesture to have some treats, wine and a card congratulating us. The spa was very nice, staff very friendly and installations clean and functional. The bar is nice and the cocktails well made. Nothing bad to say about this hotel at all! Great location (next to the tube)

Amazing Hotel

Absolutely amazing hotel! I would totally recommend. We had a great view from our window of tower bridge. The spa/swimming area is lovely. All staff were so friendly and helpful.

A hotel located very close to so many places anyone would want to see for the first time or for many times & so reasonable priced for a 3 night weekend stay. If we were going back to London again we would definitely want to stay here the next time. 👌

Perfect location.

Brilliant location right beside tower Bridge. 2 minutes from tower hill underground. Rooms generous and clean. Bathroom unfortunately is very dated and needs an upgrade. Staff very friendly. Speedy online check in and check out.
