I have a suggestion when you have an accessible room please ensure the room is fully accessible. The door to the room was difficult to open and close for that matter. Toilet seat was very low but did have the appropriate grab bars. No coffee or tea in the room?

One elevator didn't work all weekend, the 2nd elevator didn't work Sunday. Had to carry out stuff down the stairwell. There were 2 dogs barking all night, the smell of weed smoke through the hallways.
