It's a decent hotel. Lobby gives you fancy hotel vibes but the actual rooms are very basic. We were told by receptionist at the check-in to not leave anything in the car because of thefts. Made us feel little unsafe.

Unfortunately the front desk lady was very unpleasant. She told us she needed to go on her lunch break before checking us in, so she made us wait in the lobby for 30 minutes while she was eating. We had just landed from a 12 hour flight, so this was extremely frustrating. We asked for help from someone else and they didn’t even apologize.

The shower was amazing, I still miss it! It was conveniently located next to 2 bus stops so getting around was very easy. Rada coffee house next door is amazing and several good dining options nearby. Beds were comfortable and staff is friendly. I would stay here again.

My wife and I are both in our early sixties and was really looking forward to our stay, especially with the pool facilities. Unfortunately our stay was ruined beyond belief when my wife went swimming as usual around 7.00am in the morning, my wife wears glasses and removed them when doing her regular lengths in the pool, to her horror when she left the pool and replaced them to find that a male was swimming naked in the pool, a pool that was often frequented by children. On reporting this to reception, the receptionist did go down to the pool to action. I sent an email to the management and spoke with the manager that night to raise my concerns, it was taken lightly in my opinion and the manager was very evasive to answering questions about the individual and how he actioned the event, I will not be staying again.

It was to a standard I expect and the staff are always friendly, courteous, and eager to help. Staying with a pet (little dog in our case), however, meant we got assigned rooms designated for visitors with pets and the room we got assigned to initially was horrendous! Very visible dirt from previous pet stays with the room resembling a barn. That part we didn’t like at all. We ask for a room change and that was granted without hesitation. It was an improvement, a major one, but it wasn’t up to scratch. We had to make do. If an established going to be accommodating of guests with pets, please grant people with the same level of service where room cleanliness is concerned. I appreciate that there is shared responsibility here and that there are some pet owners who are not quite on top of things where their pets are concerned, but so are some humans who have no regard for how they leave a room on checking out - but you still get a cleaned room at the end of it as a new guest. Other than that, the stay was otherwise a pleasant one.
