Casual-Contemporary. 1500 sqft private guest space PLUS 600 sqft of deck and patio (seasonal access). Large bedroom with streaming TV, double sided fireplace and ensuite. City of London Licence requires owner to reside onsite and safety devices are installed, maintained etc. When I host guests, I reside in a basement suite. There are no shared spaces. I will greet upon arrival, provide orientation, then leave you to enjoy! My two cats are very quiet and gentle and will be with me 90% of the time. NOTE: Special Events such as group dinners, professional photos or filming should be announced at time of booking as special daily rates apply. If not approved prior, additional fees will be charged and/or your reservation declined without compensation.

Car is recommended for getting around in London or taxi service to and from downtown core (15 mins). 25mins to Boler Mountain. 45mins to Stratford, Port Stanley, or Grand Bend.
