Excellent place to stay
The stay was very good. Rooms are very large and very well soundproofed. The locaton is excellent for Heathrow terminal 2 or 3 - just 2 stops on the bus. The breakfast buffet catered for most tastes - not a huge selection but enough for a very filling start to the day.

A great hotel to spend the night while in transit at London Heathrow Airport, very modern, comfortable, and convenient hotel. Rancel at the Front Desk was very welcoming, professional and provided us overall great guest service. We will come back!

Liked the Heathrow departures/arrivals screen in the lobby, easy parking, and convenience in terms of how close it is to all terminals/car rental returns etc. There is an Esso gas station nearby too. One suggestion: please put a floor squeegee in the accessible rooms’ bathrooms as the showers soak the bathroom floors since they are essentially wet rooms.

Great hotel
I really like Staybridge Suites, 2nd time I stayed. I did have a couple of issues, I was put into an accessible room(not requested) it was just a bit difficult having shower because there is a fitted seating area which makes it a bit difficult to stand under shower. The room was quite a distance from the lifts down a carpeted hallway which would be a bit difficult if in a wheelchair as well as microwave being high(Im mentioning this because it is an accessible room). There is obviously air fresheners in the hallways, I personally found the smell to overwhelming. Staff were excellent in all areas. Breakfast is a complimentary buffet with hot food, pancakes and continental. For a free breakfast, it was very nice with good options. Location is good for Heathrow, Hoppa Shuttle picks you up and takes you back to airport for a £6.80 charge. Evening meals available from Holiday Inn right next door.

Watch out for the ULEZ!
This is a really nice place to stay but spoilt by 2 £90 fixer penalty notices courtesy of the London Mayor and his attack on the British working public. Not the hotels fault.
