Good for a quick business trip.
Good facilities. Good food/bar. Room i stayed was very small and cramped even for single occupancy. Good if you're traveling for 1 or 2 nights with a backpack.

Staff were helpful, I lost an item on the plane and they tried in many ways to help me get in contact with the airport/airlines. Hygiene products were provided when asked. The hotel is in a great location and public transportation is near.

Wonderful stay. I stayed in a bunk room with my daughter and the room, whilst small, was very comfortable with all we needed. Very clean, lovely bedding. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant. Would stay here again. Good price for the quality of hotel.

Ok, so the room was small, but I expect that in London especially. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Service was great. Neighborhood was great. Lots of restaurant options and an easy walk to the tube.
